Summary:

30 DAY RENTAL. Live like a local for a month in Breckenridge at this stunning five bedroom home uniting classic mountain elements with contemporary architecture, designer finishes, and an open floor plan. Plenty of space to set up your home office while working remotely from one of the most beautiful places in the world. Masterfully decorated, the home provides a warm, relaxing atmosphere for friends and family and is located in the beautiful Highlands neighborhood in Breckenridge.



The Space:

SLEEPING

Bedroom 1, Main Level - King bed (sleeps 2), large flat panel TV, gas fireplace, private deck access with attached bath.

Bedroom 2, Main Level - Bunk room with captains bunks with Full/Twin (sleeps 2-3), flat panel TV, half bath just outside of the room.

Bedroom 3, Upper Level - King bed plus twin pull out (sleeps 3), gas fireplace, TV, private balcony, and attached bath.

Bedroom 4, Lower Level - King bed (sleeps 2), gas fireplace, TV, and attached bath.

Bedroom 5, Lower Level - Queen bed (sleeps 2), gas fireplace, TV, and attached bath.

Extra Sleeping: Pull out Queen sleeper sofa in TV room.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Highlands neighborhood just north of Breckenridge's town center, this home is a convenient seven minute drive (3 miles) to Main Street's restaurants, coffee shops, boutique shops, nightlife and Breckenridge Ski Resort. The popular Flume Trail sits right below the lower-level patio and offers some of the best hiking and biking in the world!



Other Things to Note:

Highlights include a gourmet kitchen, family room with wet bar, five spacious bedrooms (four with attached baths), multiple outdoor spaces, a gas fire pit, and a private outdoor hot tub.



One small dog possible with prior approval and pet fee paid.



The professional-grade kitchen features 2 large farm-style sinks, a six-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, and a large island with seating for 6. The adjacent dining area seats 8 at the table and is surrounded by windows. The main level also features a convenient half-bath, a large pantry available with plenty of food storage, a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and large sink and mudroom with space to store everyone’s gear.



Enjoy the large main deck area just off of the great room and and take in stunning mountain views. Enjoy a summer meal at the outdoor dining table or warm up beside the gas fire pit during colder months. A BBQ gas grill is available for year-round use.



In the lower level you will find a cozy family room with a TV, cocktail arcade game table, a large sectional sofa, gas fireplace, TV, wet bar, and private outdoor hot tub.



Other amenities include a washer and dryer, and a 3-bay heated garage with parking for 5 cars total.



Due to HOA restrictions, campers, camper vans, and trailers are not allowed to park anywhere in the neighborhood unless inside of a garage.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED AT THIS HOME. No pets allowed. ‱ No campers, camper vans or trailers are allowed to park anywhere in the neighborhood. CANCELLATION POLICY: Once the first half is paid (50%), that portion is non refundable. Once the second half is paid (the remaining 50%) thirty days before your arrival, that portion is also non refundable. If there is a major emergency due to Covid or otherwise, we will work with you to either reschedule or refund depending on the circumstances.

Beautiful Home with Gorgeous Views

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We had 4 couples and 2 toddlers and the space worked very well. The views from family room and dining areas are gorgeous until sun starts to set on this side and gives blazing bright glare when trying to prepare dinner in the kitchen. Need window covering on upper windows to correct.Lovely home overall.

Outstanding home, well equipped, very clean, spacious. Location was excellent. Really enjoyed the hiking trails starting right in the neighborhood. Hot tub was a hit forthe grandkids and the adults. I ranked this as a five star location. Two minor items that should be considered. WIFI was not great. Assumed Breckenridge has good wifi and with this level of quality homes; I was expecting better. Tvs ran slow and had difficulty connecting. We were tryiing to watch some of the soccer tournaments and MLB world series. Was disappointing on quality of image and speed The other item was that the ice maker was poor. Did not put out much ice at all. For this level of home especially for large groups this was somewhat of a nuisance. All that being said. Still would HIGHLY recommend

MOUNTAIN VIEW PERFECTION!

Our family of 5 and our friends’ family of 3 stayed here for 4 days and we all wish we could’ve stayed another 4! Enough space to spread out for privacy and plenty of cozy spaces to come together to enjoy the hot tub, outdoor fire pit and downstairs game room. The neighborhood is secluded, yet super close to town for your convenience. We will be booking here again!

Amazing House and View

Just wow! First, the house was very clean and location was great being just a few minutes from the main area of Breck and also close to Frisco and a short drive to other cities for some beautiful sightseeing and rafting. The house was very roomy and kitchen well-stocked for any cooking or grilling. Our favorite part was the back deck that faced snow capped mountains. The view was breath taking. We are from Texas and love the outdoors so if you are like us you will love this area and house. Lastly, this house was very easy to book and communication was top notch from our host and hostess! I understand the owners of this house are from Texas just like us:). What a blessing you are to share your home and in all honesty we hope in the near future to return if you would have us back. We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. The deck is wonderful with gorgeous mountain views, stars at night and a gas fireplace for s’mores. Our kiddos enjoyed the hot tub and video game in the basement. Plenty of space for a large family. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and we appreciated access to the laundry machines and parking in the large garage. Steam shower on the main floor was a plus, as well as the comfortable beds and wonderful cleanliness of the property. Only thing that could have been improved was removing weeds/thistles from the rock path on the back yard down to the hiking trail.
