Inside, you'll find two spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering a queen bed, twin bunk beds, a twin trundle, and an en suite bathroom. You’ll also find a pack-and-play on-site available for your use.
The well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy a snack at the kitchen island with counter seating, or gather at the dining table for family game nights. The adjacent living area features comfy sofas, a gas fireplace, and a TV, ensuring you have plenty of relaxation and entertainment options. Board games and puzzles add to the fun. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, ski locker, and patio. They will also have shared access to the two complex hot tubs as well as one parking space (parking pass required).
Other Things to Note:
• You may park one vehicle in the complex parking areas. Any additional vehicles need to utilize other parking options around town. A parking pass must be displayed at all times. Failure to display a parking pass while on-site may result in tickets or towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
• There are bears, mountain lions, and other wildlife in the area - Please close and lock all trash bins as well as the doors and your vehicle at all times!
• There is a private grill on the patio, as well as a common area grill for the complex. Adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed. Should you desire to use the grill, you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank.
• The 2 shared complex hot tubs are open from 10am-10pm. We cannot guarantee availability of complex amenities, as they may occasionally be closed for cleaning or repairs.
• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*
• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 7 PM - 7 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

•There is not guest access to the mailbox at this unit. Please do not have packages or deliveries made if you will not be present to receive them. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing mail/packages.
•Please note we are not liable for left items. Returns incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Any items not claimed within 24 hours of checkout are donated or discarded.
• There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.
