Park Meadows Lodge est relogĂ©es mais pratique le plus abordable Ă  Breckenridge. Ski-In sur le Four O'Clock Ski Run et marcher 1 bloc Ă  la Breckenridge "Free Ride" ArrĂȘt navette pour un court trajet Ă  la base de Peaks 7 et 8. Un facile Ă  trois pĂątĂ©s de la rue principale historique signifie que vous ĂȘtes minutes du centre de tout Breckenridge a Ă  offrir.

Cette nouvelle mise Ă  jour, au premier Ă©tage, une unitĂ© de chambre dispose de nouveaux planchers de tuiles partout. Dans le salon, vous trouverez un tout nouveau tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat (dĂ©cembre 2018) avec cĂąble / DVD et un canapĂ© confortable dotĂ© d'un lit Queen. La salle de bain moderne dispose d'une douche standup, un plateau-coussin confortable lit Queen, rack de vĂȘtements et petit coin salon.

La kitchenette est convenablement approvisionnĂ© avec tout le nĂ©cessaire; cuisine et d'ustensiles de cuisine, mini-rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, petite cuisiniĂšre, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetiĂšre et mĂȘme une bouilloire pour faire un accueil chaleureux, des boissons apaisante aprĂšs une journĂ©e enrichissante sur la montagne. Installez-vous dans votre table de style cafĂ© pour quatre ou petit bar pour deux, et profiter d'un repas cuisinĂ© dans le confort de votre unitĂ©.

Dans le hall de style chalet du complexe Park Meadows vous trouverez un immense, ouvert à 360 degrés, cheminée avec de nombreux siÚges de gaz qui en fait un endroit idéal pour faire des rencontres, temps de lecture tranquille ou de détente. Profitez d'une partie de billard, ping-pong ou de baby-foot dans la salle de jeu ci-dessous le hall. Détendez les muscles aprÚs une dure journée de ski dans l'un des deux grands bains à remous en plein air sur place.

Les autres équipements du complexe Park Meadows inclut une laverie, soude et une collation distributeurs, une machine à glace industrielle, barbecue à gaz de la communauté et des tables de pique-nique. Au-dessus du hall, il ya une zone de bureau de la communauté avec un accÚs à un réseau WiFi complexe libre, une grande table de réunion, et d'autres canapés et des chaises qui prévoient des siÚges supplémentaires. Casiers à skis individuels sont prévus pour chaque unité pour stocker matériel de ski et de snowboard. L'extérieur a été entiÚrement rénové en 2010.

Such an awesome place in Breckenridge!!! Perfect location and cute place with good amenities. Only thing i would have to say is that the couch bed was not comfortable and barely fit 1 normal sized female. More suitable for 2 people!

Perfect short stay

This location is very convenient to go into town from as well as hit the slopes! The cabin is perfect for two people wanting to escape and get into a cabin at Breckenridge.

Very nice accommodations. Clean and easily accessible and close to ski runs through you do have to cut through a ditch and climb up a snowbank to get to the units off of ski run. Overall a great place to stay and affordably priced for that area. Would stay there again.

Great location -

This property was exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location 4-5 minutes from downtown and right on the shuttle line. The unit did have a strange odor and the bathroom was covered in black mold that had been painted over. If they hire a mold remediation company this is an easy 5-star rental.

Small but everything need for a simple stay

It was nothing fancy but it did the job as we were able to get great rest there, had enough room to layout ski gear for 2 people, and eat simple meals as needed. There was a nice common area and hot tub we did not get to take advantage of but they were pretty nice. Check-in is pretty standard, straightforward/easy and seems automated, so that is somewhat good or bad depending on your personality.

Amazing place!

This property provided us everything we needed and more! It was the perfect spot on the mountain to ski in and out of with busses that serviced any lift it you ever wanted to switch it up! There was and ice machine, hot tub, laundry, pool table, ping pong, etc
 there was so much entertainment when not on the mountain! This location is also super close to town! Everything was clean and well taken care of, the owner was very easy to reach and answered any and all questions quickly! I would definitely recommend staying here, and I personally hope to be back next season!

This property needs some updating and sound prodding! You could hear everything from the people all around us. The bed was very small and uncomfortable, it is on wheels and not attached to the wall so it kept moving, it was the most uncomfortable bed. The bathroom/shower was very small. This place felt like a cheap motel and I would not recommend it, we won’t stay here again.

Our room was a good size but the bed was so hard. I probably should have just slept on the floor. Close to town

Unit was small but comfortable. The lobby area was lots of fun with a pool table, table tennis, foosball, and a giant warm fire in the middle. Unit was close to town and we walked to and from main street multiple times a day (you have to walk up a hill to get back to the unit but we managed ok). Check-in was a breeze and they remotely set the door code so I could check in early after giving them a call once I got into town. We walked to the snowflake lift one day which was about a 5 minute walk - the other days we took a quick walk to the gondola or took a shuttle near the bottom of the hill. It was really nice that the 4 o'clock run is so close, we just skied from the trail all the way down the street to the unit when we were done for the day. Overall, a nice small crash pad for hitting the mountain and town with a bit of fun in the lobby area thrown in.

I'm shocked at how many 8/10 reviews this property received. The units are small which I have no problem with. But it is very dated, and very dirty. I didn't even want to sit on the stained and dusty couch. Never mind sleep in the bed with the old dirty bedspread. We could hear every footstep from the unit above us. I am not an elitist by any means and didn't expect luxury given the price, but certainly felt catfished by the photos and description. We were just hoping to have a pleasant place to relax and sleep after mountain biking that day and riding the next morning. It was so bad we chose to drive back to Denver rather than sleep there.

Property needs repairs and proper cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While many aspects of the property description were accurate, other key points were not. The Queen sleeper sofa did not sleep two people well. One adult and one child were only able to share the fold out sofa by sleeping diagonally across the bed. The property description does say that the room would sleep 2 comfortably, but presenting that 4 people could sleep there is misleading.Two of the lamps did not work--the lamp next to the sofa and the one installed above the sink. Additionally, the bedside lamps in the bedroom functioned, but their plugs were bent and they were not fully into the wall--that presented a fire hazard. We bent the plugs back to their proper shape. There was trash under the bed and under the sofa. We could not find a tea kettle and did not have enough towels for the number of people on our reservation. The number of blankets available was also insufficient. Fortunately we had brought sleeping bags for emergencies in winter travel and were able to use those. One of the biggest challenges was remaining without power for over 5 hours one evening. While the power outage affected the entire are and not in any way the responsibility of the property management, the water also ceased to function during that time. Perhaps that is because the water throughout the building depends on an electric pump? There was no clear option for available water elsewhere on the premises, and that was a problem. Management needs to have backup to supply guests with water in events like this one.

The walk to Snow Flake was quick and skiing back on 4 O’clock was super fun. It’s only a couple blocks from downtown which was great! The only downside is it was noisy when the upstairs neighbors were clomping around. However, a fan and earplugs really helped. We would stay here again.

Perfect Home Base For Ski Weekend!

This property is steps from the breckenridge town and you can actually ski-in to the property on the 4-o-clock run. The shared space is very cozy and the hot tub is great. Wish the hot tub stayed open later than 10pm, but understand rules are rules. Would stay here again!

Cute little vrbo

This vrbo has limited amenities, but is in a good location and affordable. We never received a response back from the company in regards to parking and check in.
