Gorgeous home to stay in and a perfect location for enjoying all that Breaux Bridge has to offer. Hosts were responsive and gracious. Thank you. P.S. coffee machine needs fixing, but no biggie, as there’s a lovely coffee shop 5 mins stroll away.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, great location for touring a large part of south Louisiana. Host extremely easy to communicate with and can give suggestions of things to see and do. Love the screened porch out back and rockets on porch. Walked safely in the mornings.

Perfect for Walking Downtown

House was in a great location for walking downtown. The street is very busy so there is alot of traffic noise but other than that it was perfect for the weekend. The house is fully stocked with everything you can think of. The host thought of everything. I would stay here again.

We learned of the prpoerty background for sure much work and dedication was put into it! Property owners were wonderful loving people. We will go back there the perfect place to rest or be busy about an interesting little town!Thank you Buzz and Angel for making a place for a comfortable trip!

What an awesome find!

Not only was this an excellent location to everything, the home couldn’t be any more comfortable. We enjoyed meeting Mr. LeBlanc and listening to some historical family facts. Family from California visiting was very impressed with the home. We walked to Cafe Sydnie Mae for dinner. We will probably plan another stay!

The most perfect & quaint cottage within walking distance to everything! The hosts welcomed us, gave us a quick tour (as we were running behind for our cousin’s rehearsal dinner)

Best VRBO stay ever!

The Magnolia house is delightful, beautifully restored, and centrally located to all the restaurants in Breaux Bridge. It had everything we could possibly need and was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back next year!

Mardi Gras Convenience

Magnolia House was lovely! Angel & Buzz were great hosts. Despite the fact that Magnolia' House is located on a Louisiana state road, we never had any trouble getting in or out of the driveway. Traffic always quieted down by 9:30 or 10:00. But we were out dancing anyway.

Top notch!!

Everything about it was excellent!! The hosts were super nice and explained the history of the house! It was decorated so cute and very clean! It was stocked with all the little extras that you might need! The location was great! You can walk to shops, restaurants, a grocery store and a dollar store.

Adorable, Well Appointed Cottage

Henrietta's Magnolia is an adorable cottage. The layout of bedrooms, bathrooms and communal spaces is perfect for friends or family who are visiting Breaux Bridge. The LeBlancs offer a well-stocked kitchen (a great coffeemaker!). TV was fantastic--my friend Lela and I got to watch the Olympics!--and the spaces are comfortable. Our favorites were the small room off the ktichen and the screened porch. Check-in was great--we got to meet Buz and he went over everything plus gave us recommendations for eating out. Whether you are going to Breaux Bridge for the Crawfish Festival or a weekend away, this cottage is a great place to stay. Within walking distance of the historic area, you can park your car and walk!!

Breau Bridge

We came to Breau Bridge to attend the Crawfish Festival, our first time, and had another couple stay with us as well. The house was perfect for our stay. Though we didn't use the kitchen for cooking, it was well stocked with adequate room to accommodate preparing meals. There was a small "study" room, perfect to set up a mobile office space if needed. There is a very nice screened in porch area that we were able to enjoy as well. One of the best features, especially when traveling with another couple, is that both bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms. The hall bath can be completely closed off to the rest of the house to be accessible only to the queen bedroom. The king bedroom has an ensuite. All finishes in the home were nicely done. The home is within walking distance of the downtown area that has antique and other small shops. We were not within walking distance to the festival, but the drive was not far. There is adequate parking in the drive for 2 cars. The area felt safe. We were pleased with our choice.

Kayak Trip

The house was fantastic. We could not be more satisfied. The hosts we friendly and accommodating. The property is within walking distance to many activities - food, music, church. We plan on using this property many more times.
