Presented in a traditional coastal style with a nautical theme throughout you will feel immediately at home. The lounge, with dual aspect windows is light and bright and features a stunning log burner to keep you cosy on those winter nights. Views across Croyde bay will keep you entertained for hours. A well equipped traditional cottage style kitchen/diner and shower room complete the ground floor accommodation.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom, once again benefitting from views across the bay and a further twin bedroom to the front of the property.

You are really spoilt when it comes to outside space. To the front of the property you have views across the hills of Down End. An built in BBQ and eating area tucked in a private corner offer the opportunity for some alfresco dining. While away many a happy hour in the rear garden with sea views across to Lundy island and beyond. Mainly laid to lawn with plenty of space for a kick around there is also a patio area and wooden seating.

Cock Rock cottage is a 15 minutes leisurely stroll from the village centre, with its collection of pubs and eateries so you can easily experience the charms of village life.
