Enjoying an enviable location in the seaside village of Croyde, this contemporary holiday home offers a chic and stylish coastal escape. Set on a tranquil residential road less than half a mile from Croydeâs award-winning beach, this three-bedroom property offers flexible accommodation for up to five guests. With a lovely lawned garden and an abundance of activities on your doorstep, it makes a delightful base for a family holiday or a getaway with friends.
Arranged over two storeys with high-quality fixtures and fittings throughout, this property is modern and inviting with everything you need for a comfortable stay. With sleek, modern units and a large dining table next to the patio doors, the kitchen is a wonderful space to cook together and share delicious meals. Next door, the elegant lounge offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind, bi-fold doors thrown open in warm weather for indoor-outdoor living. Make the most of summer days with a BBQ on the patio, or enjoy lazy afternoons curled up on the outdoor sofa with a glass of wine and your current read. Upstairs, two king-size bedrooms â one of which can be converted into a twin zip n link option of 2"6 twins â and a single invite a blissful nightâs sleep. The two larger rooms have bi-fold doors and Juliet balconies, one with a sea view and the other with an en-suite. A family bathroom completes the interior.
With three superb beaches, Croyde appeals to all ages, whether you want to ride the waves, do a spot of rock pooling, or enjoy a traditional bucket-and-spade beach day. This charming village has a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, and is a wonderful spot to sample a traditional Devon cream tea. Walkers are spoilt for choice with the South West Coast Path passing through town and the 180-mile Tarka Trail nearby. To practise your swing, head to Saunton Golf Club (2.5 miles).
