Ideal for couples or families, this spacious three bedroom apartment is situated close to the sandy beach of Croyde renowned for it's surfing, and within a short walk of the village with its choice of restaurants, pubs and cafes or take the exhilarating coastal walk around Baggy Point part of the National Trust owned headland.
Set on the first floor this apartment is part of an impressive detached property, the apartment has a laid-back feel that suits its coastal location and sets up a relaxing holiday vibe. Its L-shaped kitchen area is minimal and elegant, with integrated appliances and plenty of worktop space. Dine by the bi-fold doors that lead to the balcony, enjoying the fresh sea air and inside/outside feeling, and afterwards you can move over to the comfy sofas, nestled in the corner, where thereâs a Smart TV, DVD and Sonos speaker. The bright and airy main bedroom is king-sized and has an en-suite shower room. Thereâs also a double bedroom and a room with one set of bunk beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower over the bath. In terms of outside space, you can dine alfresco on your decked balcony, enjoying an early-morning coffee or watching the sun set. Alternatively, the shared lawn is perfect for catching some sunshine or playing games.
The apartment is located between the charming village of Croyde, with its pubs, shops and cafes, and its beach - popular with surfers, and also great for swimming and rock pooling. There are breath taking walks from your doorstep, around the rugged National Trust coastline at Baggy Point or across the dune-backed beach towards Saunton Sands. The larger village of Braunton is 5 miles, with an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, while the market town of Barnstaple is 10.5 miles, and the attractions of Watermouth Castle, Combe Martin Wildlife Park and Ilfracombe Aquarium are all within 15 miles.
