This exclusive apartment with a large terrace for 2 adults and 2 more people offers everything for a great stay for a couple, family or friends. The first bedroom with a large Smart TV has a 180cm wide box spring bed. The second bedroom with a 160cm box spring bed is directly behind it. (The front bedroom is therefore a connecting room to the back room.)

The spacious living room with an open fireplace has a pull-out sofa. Here you can make yourself particularly comfortable and watch Netflix, for example, on the smart TV.

The living room leads to the large wooden terrace with southern exposure. We separated the terrace from the neighboring property with a high wooden fence.The terrace next door is from apartment 5.

The high-quality kitchen equipment has everything you need for enjoyable cooking evenings or a longer stay. The cozy seating area with wooden table and kitchen benches invites you to linger.

The bathroom has a heatable mirror so that you don't have a fogged-up mirror after a warm shower (rain shower).

Your stay in Braunlage can be a special experience for adults and children, especially since the house is in a traffic-calmed area.

A special highlight is the garage for your car, which is exclusively available for this apartment.

(Caution: not suitable for lowered cars. Then you can park in front of it.)
In the garage you even have space for bicycles, sleds, hiking gear, skis or other equipment. Others do not have access here. You can load and unload in peace and quiet via direct access to the apartment in wind and weather.

The entrance area is in the basement next to the garage. Here we have set up the cloakroom with a wooden bench to put on shoes. A spiral staircase then leads to the apartment.
