âą Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor.
âą The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged
âą Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the apartment or elsewhere inside the apartment building (although you are welcome to smoke on the balconies).
âą We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.
âą To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when it's not in use or leaving the house.
âą Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends.
âą Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing
âą The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin weâve provided in the bathroom.
âąâ â For commercial photography and filming there will be an extra charge. Please contact me before booking to discuss your project and calculate the fee.

âą Early/Late Access: An additional fee will apply for requests regarding early check-in or late check-out.
âą Long-Term Stays: For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled (following additional payment). This includes a change of bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as well as vacuuming and mopping of the floors and kitchen.
âą Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice for your stay, we can provide one upon request.
âą Damages: Any damage to the property or loss of belongings is the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
