★ NO SMOKING ★
No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, cannabis (recreational or medical), or illegal substances on the property. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1,000 for odor removal.

★ NO PETS ★
This is a strictly pet-free property. Due to allergy & asthma sensitivities, we are unable to accommodate animals of any kind, including service animals. We appreciate your cooperation!

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
Please treat our cabin like your own home — we want it to be just as wonderful for the next family.

-Parking Pass: StoneBridge implements a parking fee, purchased at the StoneBridge Welcome Center upon arrival — $7 per vehicle per night. Pass must remain visible in your vehicle at all times and is required for re-entry.
-We do routine pest control, but you are in nature — occasional bugs may appear.
-There is 1 exterior security camera at the front entry, pointed outward for your safety.
-Pack 'N Play and booster chair provided; please bring your own sheets.
-We do not cancel due to weather except under extenuating circumstances outlined by Airbnb.
-Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM — please be respectful of neighbors in this peaceful, wooded community.
