The Space:

The recently upgraded condo is ideal for a family who is looking to make special memories exploring Branson and beyond. Combined with the Resort amenities, what more could you ask for?



Upon entry, your eyes immediately go to the view in the distance. Take a moment to step outside onto the private balcony and take in the peaceful landscape of Ozark Mountain. The balcony is equipped with outdoor seating where you can sit and enjoy the view all day if you please.



Back inside, the open living space offers a Smart Tv, deck access, and ample seating with one couch doubling as a sofa sleeper.



The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals from home. Additional items such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are available for your convenience. The extended counter with barstools is perfect for casual dining or extra prep space. Steps away, a table for 4 allows you to enjoy meals together and also doubles as a great space for game night.



The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 suite-style bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room. Each sleeping accommodation is furnished with crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



Bedrooms #1 and #2 are both decked out with a Queen bed, cable TV, and attached en-suites. The bedroom #1 en-suite features a walk-in shower, and the bedroom #2 en-suite is equipped with a jetted shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-down unit requiring you to take the stairs with 16 steps to reach the entry door.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- A stackable washer/dryer is available in the unit for guest use.

- There is a parking pass for 2 vehicles (parking passes required).

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- Please note that the cost of using the Holiday Hills Golf Course is not included in this rental.

When you’re ready to explore, the home is 3-miles from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to take a hike to the “Top of the Rock” or explore nearby Table Rock Lake, both are the same distance. Silver Dollar City, 11-miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme.
