This condo is on the main entry level of a 3 story building (no stairs to this unit!). This means there will be another unit BELOW you and one unit ABOVE you. We ask that you please be aware of noise levels, and be aware you will likely hear neighbors above you.

We also own the unit BELOW this unit, so if you are traveling with a larger group, enjoy the convenience of two units close together! (look at our listing "Hillside Hideout" to book these condos together)

Bedroom Configuration:
- Bedroom 1: King-sized bed
- Bedroom 2: King-sized bed
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with queen size bed on bottom and full size bed on top (weight limit for top bed is 200 lbs)

Additional Sleeping:
- Pull out full-size sofa bed in living room sleeps 2 children or 1 adult comfortably

Both bathrooms are accessible to all 3 bedrooms (no private master bath).

- Access to the community swimming pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day (this does get busy in the warm season!)
- Free first-come first-served parking. Parking lot DOES GET FULL in the busy season (March - December). Please limit your party to 2 vehicles.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the home! Extra cleaning fee will be charged.
We love our homes! Any damages to the home and property (including stained bedding, towels, broken dishes, etc) will be charged to the guest upon checkout.
$50 fee for late checkout

Full access to the Condominium! There are a couple of closets that are locked for owner's supplies.

We live in Springfield, which is just up the road from Branson. You and your family deserve a 5-star stay and we hope to provide that for you. The Vineyards condominium complex is perfectly situated off of Highway 376 and 265. Conveniently located, but still private and secluded. 4 Miles to Silver Dollar City, 4 Miles to the Branson Strip, 4 Miles to Table Rock Lake. 5-15 minute drive to most major attractions in Branson. The Vineyards is popular, which means you'll likely be spending your time around other vacationers. Some noise can be heard through the floors in the building, which is to be expected in any apartment or condo complex. We hope to host you in Branson!
