• This home is a fourth-floor, walkup unit. An elevator is available 48 steps required.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Portable crib available.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
