We discovered the water heater was leaking at arrival. We kept towels down until maintenance could get it replaced. Other than that, it was fine.

We had a wonderful time! Everything was pretty clean. The TVs were a little confusing to work without instructions but we figured it out. Overall, we would definitely stay here again on our next Brandon trip!

Weekend getaway

My wife and I had an amazing anniversary weekend, and this place exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was clean and comfortable, with only a few minor imperfections that didn't detract from our stay. The host was incredibly accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring all the local attractions. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place for its excellent value and luxury.

Christmas Holiday Get Away

First time have to deal with a door code and everything done on the phone. Was not sure about the juice left on table (did not drink) some lights in the living room did not work or we couldn’t find the switch. The tub drain slow. Room did match photo online. Ice box door drag when you open it and the freezer needs to be defrosted.

Thanksgiving get away.

Upon entrance to the facility, it was totally awesome. After we figured out to get in, which was not the fault of the manager, just a human error, worked perfectly. We had a small problem with the bathroom, however we were able thru communication to go the Walgreens, late at night, to remedy the problem. A minor defect that the manager should look at, the double sink across from the bathroom, left sink was dripping upon our arrival. Since it was the holiday, I did not bother the manager with it. A suggestion, since the parking lot is on the narrow side, maybe some food for thought. Most humans do not think about the pick-ups having a knee catcher on the bumper. Might look into putting up sings and asking the drivers of the pick-ups to back into the grass, putting the knee hitters away from the oncoming traffic, especially for seniors as my party. Cars can park near the building. Thank you! Ken White.

Amazing

My overall impression of the property was in awe, we walk in and the rooms were beautiful! I love the chrome cast feature on the TV cause we were able to watch everything we love! Definitely was an amazing experience.

Nice retreat

Most everything was great. It’s secluded but close to a lot of attractions on the highway 76. If you’re not into streaming TV this is not for you. No cable TV. The host was helpful in getting us connected to our streaming service. There were a few other small issues and discussed directly with the host.

The check in process was easy and simple. The condo is exactly as advertised. It is very clean and welcoming. The owners are very nice and respond quickly to any questions. They use Comcast for you to stream your own shows. We personally had not ever rented a place that does that, but it actually turned out to be something we prefer since we rarely find shows we like on basic cable.The location is perfect. It is out of the way of busy traffic areas, but centrally located for easy access to the main strip. We enjoined our time spent here and will certainly be looking to rent this place again. The negatives: bed was a little too firm but no one will ever get 100% satisfaction on bed comfort since everyone’s preference is different. The bed was not terrible though. Another negative is giving a positive review making the unit possibly unavailable for when we come back. ;) But, they deserve a positive review!

Went down for our Anniversary weekend, and enjoyed ourselves, great small place with a nice big jacuzzi tub, if we had one concern it was there was no cable tv that we could get to work, but that was a small deal with a great long weekend
