We are just minutes from the entrance! Close enough to enjoy the park for the day, head back to the condo for nap time or lunch, and go back to the park for some more fun. Visiting Table Rock Lake? The beautiful lake is within walking distance down a hiking trail *please note the terrain can be difficult to navigate for persons with mobility issues Enjoy fishing and swimming from right within the resort!! Wanting to take a boat on the lake? We are minutes from Indian Pointe Marina with great options for boat rental. Looking for comfortable accommodations? Blue Bird Condo is the place your group will want to come together after a long day of sightseeing! It's our goal that everyone has a place to gather together and be comfortable at all times! Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room to hang out for movie time. Eat your meals together at the dining room table for seating for all 6 people! 2 Cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - master has a double sink. Last but not least, is the large deck, the perfect place for morning coffee. We have access to the green space from the deck, so the kids can have some extra space to run around!!

On location there is an seasonal outdoor pool, playground, and tennis/basketball court. There is also a nice trail to walk down to the beautiful TableRock Lake! (Please note that the trail can be difficult for persons with mobility issues)

****1 Dog CONSIDERED. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK without discussing and getting PRE approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dog. Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to
the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
