This home is best explored by car, and free parking is available on site for your group. The winding Ozark roads are scenic and easy to navigate, and most Branson attractions are a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available in the area for nights out on the Strip. A car is recommended to make the most of everything Table Rock Lake and Branson has to offer.

For guest safety, the property includes exterior security cameras monitoring the front door area and parking spaces in front. Cameras record audio/video outdoors only and do not monitor interior spaces.

We kindly ask that children are supervised at all times near water, stairs, and outdoor recreational areas. By booking, guests acknowledge use of these amenities is at their own discretion and risk.

Guests will be required to complete a Pre Arrival Form prior to check in. Please upload a government issued ID and ensure that all guests names are included on the form prior to check in. Total number of guests is not to exceed property limit. Children 2 and over are counted in the total number. Children under the age of 2 do not count towards the total number of guests, but must be added to the guest list.

Renter Agreement: Upon confirming your reservation, you will be required to sign our standard Short-Term Rental Agreement. We will send a secure link to this document via messages or email shortly after you book. Your reservation is fully confirmed once this agreement is signed.
