THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a first-floor, walk-down unit with 20 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal pools, hot tubs and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
