With a location that is both secluded in nature and near a bustling entertainment scene, Kemper’s Duet Cabins give you access to all the best of a getaway in the Ozarks.



The Space:

This rental is a combination of 2 separate homes near one another on the same quiet street. 2 miles from Silver Dollar City, these luxury, rustic-style homes put you within minutes of thrilling rides and unique entertainment, while multiple outdoor decks offer an immersion into calming nature when you arrive back home. Each home has an inviting living area with lofted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and a beautiful stone fireplace. This more formal living area opens right into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area where you can prepare and share homecooked meals, while downstairs a more casual living space is furnished with cozy couches, and smart tv, along with foosball and air hockey table (in separate cabins)





When booked together, these homes sleep a total of 36 guests between 12 private bedrooms (6 bedrooms in each home).



In the first home, bedrooms are furnished as follows:

- Bedrooms #1 and #2 each have a king size bed.

- Bedroom #3 has 2 queen size beds.

- Bedroom #4 has a king size bed and full size bed.

- Bedroom #5 has a queen size bed.

- Bedroom #6 has a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on bottom and a twin size bed on top, as well as 2 additional twin size beds.



In the second home, bedrooms include the following:

- Bedrooms #1 - #4 each have a king size bed.

- Bedroom #5 has 2 king size beds.

- Bedroom #6 has a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top, as well as a separate king size bed.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-Cabin A main floor walk in. Cabin B require 8 steps at the entry

- A total of 6 street parking spaces are available.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- The home is not pet friendly.

- Washer and dryer in each unit.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

This enviable location also puts you 20-25 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.
