This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. A rollaway bed is also available for your convenience. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The modern ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• This is a 3rd floor, walk-up unit with 26 steps to the front door. No elevator available.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate when checking in.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog, 25 lbs. or less allowed. Cats are not permitted. An additional flat pet fee of $125 will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
