The Space:

Spend hours at the video arcade, frolic in outdoor pools, and flaunt your skills at the 18-hole golf course. Back inside, the living area is bright and roomy, with an abundance of natural light. Soft, pastel shades and contemporary interiors blend tastefully with modern décor, and furnishing. The comfy sofa converts to a Queen sofa sleeper, in front of the Smart TV. Large sliders open onto an airy balcony, featuring outdoor furniture and lush views.



Brought alive with palettes of light blues and greys, the adjoining open-plan kitchen is stocked with modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. These include a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wine ware. The 6-seater wooden indoor dining table is perfect for cozy family meals.



The home sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms, and the sofa sleeper.



- Bedroom #1 is the master with a king size bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, and stand-up shower.

- Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart TV, and shared en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is accessible from the living space also.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

-The parking and entryway lead to the second floor. You have to take the stairs to reach the 3rd floor with 16 - 18 steps to reach your unit.

-A sofa-sleeper for 2 is provided in the living area.

-A washer/dryer is included.

-Parking available in the parking lot for 2 first come first serve spaces.

- If more space is what you are looking for, the unit next door can be rented together. To rent both units look for Holiday Ridge Retreat Duo or contact Customer Care.

-The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

-The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.

-Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

-Please note that the cost of using the Holiday Hills Golf Course is not included in this rental.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
