The Space:
Welcome to The Roasted Marshmallow! Our inviting and open living room has a shiplap fireplace, smart tv and cozy seating for all, including two Italian leather couches. Vaulted pine ceilings and open railing above make this warm and roomy. Our kitchen has a huge 12-foot island with seating for 6. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a separate coffee bar with standard coffee maker and Keurig! Youâll also find all of the pots, pans, dishes, utensils and countertop appliances youâll need to enjoy a home cooked meal! Youâll also find a roomy separate pantry closet to store all of your groceries and kitchen items! The deck right outside has a large outdoor dining table, hot tub and a gas grill. Thereâs privacy behind our home with beautiful pines.
Our STUNNING Main King Master Suite also boasts soaring vaulted pine ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling shiplap fireplace. It includes a grand custom wood Farmhouse Barn Bed. The en-suite bathroom offers an incredible and luxurious floor-to-ceiling custom tiled shower and double sink vanity. Three more King Master Suites are on the main level, each with their own beautiful custom wood beds and polished style, with en-suite bathrooms in each as well. Two of these bathrooms have showers and enclosed glass doors, the other has a shower/tub combo and shower curtain.
Head upstairs to the game space, featuring a pool table and shuffle board! There is one more King Suite on the upper level with a beautiful custom wood bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and curtain. Our bunk bedroom includes one TRIPLE twin bunk bed (3 twin beds) and a twin over full bunk bed. This room can accommodate 6! It also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and curtain. The upper deck overlooks Table Rock Lake cove with outdoor seating and a firepit, providing GORGEOUS view of the water!

Guest Access:
The whole house will be yours! No need for keys, the front door has a keypad lock on it so you will be able to check yourselves in!
The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is one of the newest neighborhoods in Branson and is sure to be a hit for the whole group! The neighborhood features a wonderful INDOOR POOL open year round for swimming whenever you come to stay. But if you are visiting in the summer months, there are also TWO OUTDOOR POOLS that are open seasonally from late May to early September. Bring your pickleball paddles because just down the street is the neighborhood PICKLEBALL COURT where those in your group can challenge each other to a friendly game! Summer Bay also features a beautifully rustic, extra large wooden PLAYGROUND where your kids' imagination will run wild! Or if you are craving an outdoorsy walk, head to the bottom of the neighborhood where there is a private LAKE TRAIL leading you down to a little cove in Table Rock Lake where you can skip rocks, go for a little swim, or just soak in the view!
Getting Around:
Or head out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 8 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!
The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 17 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater!
Silver Dollar City is one of Bransonâs biggest attractions and is only 11 minutes away! SDC is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!
More options of fun things to do on Table Rock Lake, also just minutes away! Chateau on the Lake's Marina is only 5 minutes away and the State Park Marina is 10 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

No need for keys! You will be able to check yourselves in with the keypad lock on the front door. We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be available to help if you need anything!
