After long days of soaking in the sights, cap off the afternoon with a refreshing swim in the community outdoor swimming pool as you firm up your plans for dinner. With an eclectic variety of restaurants to choose from in just about any direction, you can happily leave the cooking and cleaning to someone else for a change! The adults in your group can even schedule their own time away with an outing sampling the area’s finest vintage at the Lindwedel Winery, less than 5 minutes away.

This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a walk-down unit with 18 steps going down required to access the entrance.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• This home is equipped with an external security camera, monitoring the front door.

• The home is not pet friendly.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
