This condo is ground level but is a walk down. You have to walk down a flight of stairs approx. 14 steps. You can park behind the condo and walk straight in but you do have to walk past 3 buildings and across the grass to do this and then step into the front door.

The outdoor pool is open seasonally, from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.

A Pack and Play is available upon request and is offered on a first come, first served basis. To ensure availability, please request it at the time of booking.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to everything in condo except for an owners closet. Guest has access to the outdoor pool, gazebo, firepit and kids playground. Guest have access to the indoor gym and temp controlled pool. Guest has access to the fishing dock and boat launch.

Interaction with Guests:
We are a local management company and respond to all guests needs very quickly. When you book we give you our cell phone numbers in case of emergency.
