Perched up high on a hill north of the city, this community provides panoramic scenic views day and night of the surrounding Ozark Mountains and illuminating lights of the city. When it’s time to venture out, Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City, the Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure, the eclectic downtown area, and so many more exciting attractions are all within just a short drive away. Spend a leisurely afternoon or two lounging by the community outdoor swimming pool, taking breaks from the heat with a refreshing swim. With a wide variety of restaurants to choose from in just about any direction, you can happily leave the cooking and cleaning to someone else for a change! The adults in your group can even schedule their own time away with an outing sampling the area’s finest vintage at the Lindwedel Winery, less than 5 minutes away.



The home’s interior is a perfect marriage of comfort and style, where your downtime will be well spent connecting and creating lasting memories. Kick back on the plush sofa and armchair seating in the living room as you stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. Steps away, the dining room table with seating for 6 can host an evening of games as well as all your meals. Should you choose to do a little home cooking, the modern kitchen is ready to accommodate all your culinary whims, showcasing stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a full-over-full bunk bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a walk down unit requiring 18 steps to the front door. Elevator not available.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• The home is not pet friendly.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



This enviable location puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
