THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a main-level walk-in unit with 2 steps required.

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis.

• Parking passes are required and can be obtained upon arrival. Guests must visit the resort’s fitness center front desk to pick up the passes.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Please note that this home has a sister unit, Creek View Near the Landing. Larger parties are encouraged to book the combined listing composed of both condos, Creekside Duo Near the Landing, to grant access to both.

• Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities.

• Portable crib provided.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
