Enjoy the proximity to Silver Dollar City (4 miles!), Table Rock Lake (4 miles!) and downtown Branson (4 miles!). You're close to all the fun of Branson, while being nestled on a scenic & secluded hillside.

Our 2nd floor condo provides 3 comfy and clean bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, an open-concept dining and living room, a balcony deck, and private laundry.

At "Cliffside Cottage 4", you'll enjoy the following:

- Almost 1200 square feet
- Comfy beds and beautiful bedding
- Smart TV's w/ high speed Wi-Fi for all your streaming needs! No cable provided, so plan to login to the streaming service of your choice! :)
- All linens, towels and wash rags provided
- Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash included
- Starter supply of bathroom tissue and paper towels provided
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Furnished balcony
- Private laundry (detergent included!)
- Hair dryers in each bathroom
- Short walk to the condominium complex swimming pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day, DOES get busy during the summer)
- Awesome location with easy access to Table Rock Lake, Branson's famous shows, Silver Dollar City, restaurants, shops, miniature golf, and more!

This condo is on the upper level of a 2 story building. This means there will be another unit BELOW, and NO neighbors above you. We ask that you please be aware of noise levels for the guests staying below you.

We also own the unit across the hall from this unit ("Cliffside Cottage 3"), so if you are traveling with a larger group, enjoy the convenience of two units close together! See our listing "Cliffside Cottage" to book the units together.

Bedroom Configuration (PLEASE confirm these arrangements work for your group):
- Bedroom 1: King-sized bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: King-sized bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: Full over Full Bunk (sleeps 4 children or 2 adults comfortably)
- Living Room: Queen-sized sleeper sofa

- Access to the community swimming pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day (this does get busy in the warm season!)
- Free first-come first-served parking. Parking lot DOES GET FULL in the busy season (March - December). Please limit your party to 2 vehicles.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the home! Extra $300 cleaning fee will be charged.
We love our homes! Any damages to the home and property (including stained bedding, towels, broken dishes, etc.) will be charged to the guest upon checkout.
$50 fee for late checkout

Welcome to Cliffside Cottage 4!

Full access to the Condominium! There are a couple of closets that are locked for owner's supplies.

We live in Springfield, which is just up the road from Branson. You and your family deserve a 5-star stay and we hope to provide that for you. The Vineyards condominium complex is perfectly situated off of Highway 376 and 265. Conveniently located, but still private and secluded. 4 Miles to Silver Dollar City, 4 Miles to the Branson Strip, 4 Miles to Table Rock Lake. 5-15 minute drive to most major attractions in Branson. The Vineyards is popular, which means you'll likely be spending your time around other vacationers. Some noise can be heard through the floors in the building, which is to be expected in any apartment or condo complex. We hope to host you in Branson!
