Property location is amazing for staying in Branson. Just a little off of the main drag through town and convenient to food and entertainment. Spacious and well laid out.Well stocked on anything you might need (pots, pans, silverware, paper products, etc.).A couple of issues we had were a broken leg on a kitchen chair that caused one of the kids an accident when they sat down, all of the bed frames creak at the slightest movement (loudly and A LOT) and housekeeping clearly doesn’t mop the floor. We put the baby down on his bare feet (clean) and in about 20 minutes of walking around the living area his feet were filthy. This is our second time here and we would stay again.

Really loved the cabin and the location was perfect for our trip!! I think it might be time for some new mattresses - they were pretty uncomfortable and worn out - but otherwise everything was excellent!!

Great Location to everything!! Book it!

Great Property , would definitely stay again!! Great location to everything. Our only issue was the television. Optimum was down and it kept buffering when when our guys were trying to watch a Saturday college football game , while the ladies were shopping at Tanger. We called, they responded quickly with a hot spot and it did the same thing. Book it I am sure they will fix this issue.

The space worked pretty well for us and the location was great. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Being surrounded by a wooded area we did see quite a few bugs and spiders inside and had to deal with them. I also found the beds and pillows quite uncomfortable and hated watching the TV as it was mounted so high it was uncomfortable to look at for any length of time. Our shower also dripped making noise at night which wasn’t ideal. I likely would not stay here again unless these things were addressed.

Perfect Location

The carpets were a little soiled but other than that the we found it very suitable to 4 active seniors. Plenty of space. Three bedrooms but just two baths but for us it was great. The location was great for shows and downtown. Tanger outlets weee just a very short walk ( about 6 blocks away) downhill there but a steep incline on the way back. The property management office was very responsive and friendly. They could use close garbage cans as they are a little walk to just dump trash. But all in all it was a great place.

Good location

Branson is beautiful and the location of our stay fit well with our comings and goings with easy parking. The cabin had an adorable little screened in porch we used each morning for breakfast and nightly for cards and cocktails. The beds and linens were very comfortable. My only complaint is the cabin appears not to have been dusted in years. The dust was thick on all the decor and we were afraid to turn ceiling fans on in fear flying dust monsters.

Excellent place and very comfy

The check in and check out was super easy and everyone was really nice and polite. The place was super clean and comfy. We were able to go to different attractions and go to the outlets mall that is around the corner. I would stay in there anytime.

Very comfortable, minor issues

Overall we were really pleased with our stay. Plenty of space and the location is super convenient for everything in Branson. Some minor issues, the sofa bed is sunk in the middle so you roll into the middle. There are hardly any plastic dishes which is not ideal for kids. There are no washcloths so you have bring your own for showers. The pillows are small, maybe half to 3/4 the size of a regular pillow. Check in location is not on site at the cabins. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the cabin had plenty of seating. There was plenty of cookware and silverware which is handy. We would absolutely stay again.

Over all it was very nice. Only problem was the dvd player didnt work at all and the wifi was very slow and buffered alot while trying to watch a movie. But other then that it was very nice.

Disappointed

The cabin had filthy floors, vents, dead ants upstairs, etc. It is insulting to be charged a cleaning fee and the cabin being presented in such a way. Mostly, I was aggravated with trying to find the location to check-in, pool, workout room. I was told by the staff if I would've booked directly with Thousand Hills (rather than VRBO); I would've been given better directions...WOW! We had to really search for the trash dumpster.....they were about .25 miles away and completely overflowing. We never did find the pool or workout room. The "amenities" are apparently scattered all around Hwy 76. For the price and frustration; I would not stay here again.
