Beware of bed bugs

Checking in at the clubhouse was not conveyed well in my opinion. We drove to the entrance gate first to be turned away and redirected to the clubhouse. You check in at the clubhouse first and then get keys to the entrance gate and key code information. It was easy after the confusion was cleared up. In the condo the table tops and hard floors were clean. Walls and carpets could use a little more attention. Overall the cleanliness was average. Beware of bed bugs. I stayed in the master and obtained bites. We looked at the sheets, mattress, and furniture. There were blood stains on the sheets but no other signs other than a possible exoskeleton on the mattress. We were unsure it was bedbugs without doing more research. Once we were home we washed everything in hot water and continued to research the photos we took. Based on the findings and the bites we think there are bedbugs in this location. I have notified Thousand Hills and they assured me they would look into the matter. Aside from bug bites and check in confusion, the location of the condo is 10 or so minutes from the “main drag”. It is quiet and I liked that. We had plenty of room for babies to play. The children enjoyed the Christmas tree and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was described as they listed But we didn’t have any sheets for the sleeper sofa Yes , I know all it would of took was a phone call to house keeping But at eleven at night wasn’t to sure how quick they would respond, we were able to make do with what we had Other than that everything was perfect!!!

I enjoyed our stay. Peaceful and relaxing. Great view from the balcony. Called maintenance a few times and received prompt response. Beds super comfortable. Kitchen nice to have on hand. Would stay here again.

Quick getaway

I love the stay absolutely comfortable beds
.. I just didn’t like the check in process
 as long as I been booking with vrbo 
 never been through this processing before 
 it was so inconvenient 
.. over all will it’s cool!!

. And the location is cool 
.. hopefully they have a better processing system!!!!

Super nice

Crazy confusion when we got there so that was kind of annoying and frustrating but they got it figured out and we were good, the stay was great! No complaints! View was pretty, house was great! Only small suggestion would be to have a few condiments like salt and pepper and ketchup or something but other than that all good!

Everything as I listed above is correct. Nice location, it was clean and cold which we appreciated. Everything from there went south. The master shower was completely broken. It nearly pulled off the wall and never turned on. The dryer turned on but nothing actually dried in the dryer. The heating element was most likely broken. The ice maker also didn’t work. I gave it a good rating still as it was a nice enough place but those things have to fixed before it should be rented another night. I also can’t be the first person who has brought these things up to Thousand Hills.

Great Condo

Loved our time at the condo only advice I would give for anyone staying is bring hangers I only had two in my closet .It was such a quiet and clean and beautiful condo view is awesome we enjoyed watching the Hawks fly by

Love point royale - good condo

Not a bad place to stay. We were pretty happy with it overall. We had very few options because we booked very last minute. This condo seemed quite expensive for what was offered. Shower heads were awful, beds were very squeaky, no liquid hand soap, there were crumbs of food on the floor when we first got there, condo was outdated and needs some updating/renovations. The furniture (besides the mattresses) seemed to be good quality and fairly new. Pointe royale has the best amenities but the outdoor pool and hottub wasn’t open so that was a bummer too.
