Welcome to your new favorite luxury condo, "The Retreat," located in the gated golf community resort of Pointe Royale. Pointe Royale is arguably the most amenity-rich golf resort in Branson. After driving through the picturesque resort you will arrive at your ground floor condo unit. In fact the condo itself is wheelchair accessible, with no steps and wide interior doors throughout (except spare bathroom).

Upon arrival you will experience secure entry to the property with keypad deadbolt and ring security doorbell. Once inside you can choose between one of two bedrooms. The master suite (king bed and attached bath with walk in shower and double vanity) or choose the second bedroom with King bed and adjacent full bath. Super comfy high quality mattresses, classy furnishings, it's own flat screen TV and USB charging stations.

Prepare meals for family and friends in your fully equipped kitchen, including the convenience of many small appliances and kitchen supplies. Kitchen also boasts stainless appliances throughout and a large laundry room with washer and dryer. The table will seat six comfortably or cozy up to the bar with three additional seats. Living area that includes a 50" smart TV, and living room furniture that can accommodate the whole family for a fun movie night. The couch has a queen size pullout bed (or if you prefer the comfort of an air mattress that is also available) with two comfy chairs and a stool for additional living room seating. Due to the strict guidelines of the condo complex, we are able to safely provide an electric grill on the covered patio which also boasts seating for four.

Spend time in the condo enjoying a variety of stocked DVDs, board/card games and a mini library of books. Or take advantage of the resort amenities that includes an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, basketball court, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center, fishing, playgrounds, picnic areas, onsite restaurant, 18-hole golf course and Pro Shop - all within walking distance of your condo.

The resort sits on Lake Taneycomo and has direct access for fishing or kayaking on site. Are you a boat owner or want to live the boat owner life during your stay. Fall Creek Marina is just a 5 minute drive from the property and has dock slips, boat rentals, and fishing equipment.

Out of respect and comfort for all of our guests and potential allergies, we do not allow smoking or pets in the condo at this time.

First time to Branson? Your vacation home is in an Ozark town in southwest Missouri known as a family vacation destination. 76 Country Boulevard is famously lined with theaters presenting a wide variety of entertainment options. Also along the strip are the Marvel Cave, the Wild West-style Dolly Parton’s Stampede Dinner Attraction and Silver Dollar City, an 1800s-themed amusement park with live music.

Other attractions include Branson Landing, which opened in the summer of 2006 on the Lake Taneycomo waterfront in downtown Branson. The lakefront project includes retail space with Bass Pro Shops and Belk as anchors in an outdoor shopping mall of stores and restaurants. It also features a scenic boardwalk along the lakefront with the Branson Landing Fountains at the heart of the property. Branson Landing has been known to host summer concerts and other special events throughout the year. The convention center, situated between Branson Landing and Historic Downtown Branson, opened September 7, 2007. The Branson Scenic Railway is located in the old depot, across from Branson Landing.
