Relax on super comfy seating, and take in the airy, spacious, comfortable, stunningly decorated ambience. We have 22 condos in this building, including every unit on the first floor (parking lot side) and 4 on the pool side.



Enjoy your favorite movies, shows, and sports on the 50" Smart TV. Access popular streaming services using your own log-ins, Or play supplied board and card games or enjoy our PS4 or Blue Ray DVD.



Steps away, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are aqua Zumba classes and aqua aerobics for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. You are welcome to join the classes at no additional fee but the pool is not available for open swim during those times.
