This one bedroom, one bathroom renovated space boasts a full living room, eating area and fully equipped kitchen. The bright new kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space. Located in the heart of Brandon with close proximity to 18th Street.

The Space:
Our space provides the perfect backdrop for your time in the city, couple's weekend or family fun. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom. The open concept living boasts a bright and airy space to live and play with a tv.
Whether you're here for business or relaxing with a glass of wine after your full day of work, we want you to kick back and relax.
There’s wifi available so feel free to use this space to work and play ;-)

We ask that guests are mindful and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 9am. There is free parking a few streets over in our parking lot and free parking after 4pm and on weekends available on the streets, please be aware of snow routes.

We are so happy to share our space with guests who are looking to use it as a retreat, or a place to stay while touring the city but please note that this is not a party rental

Access to the apartment building is right off the street.

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is nestled in downtown Brandon. Within close walking distance to the beautiful Hills Spa, a bakery, coffee shop and other neat shops!

Firearms of any kind are not allowed in the house or on the property. This includes but is not limited to pellet guns, air guns, rifles and shotguns.

This is an apartment building, and we ask that you are quiet and respectful in the main space.
