Summary:
Discover a cozy 2BR lakeside unit in our fourplex on Gull Lake in Brainerd, MN—just steps from Ernie’s for food, drinks, and fun. This 2nd-floor unit includes a private patio, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a living room with sofa. One bedroom has a queen bed with bunk beds; the other has a full-size bed. Docks are in for 2025! This unit includes one garage stall and one parking lot space. Additional parking for trailers, boat trailers, or RVs may be available for purchase after booking. The closest public boat launch is located at Government Point, just a short drive away.

The Space:
Our 2BR lakeside unit offers a comfortable 842 sq ft layout, ideal for a relaxing Gull Lake getaway. Enjoy a full kitchen with a coffee maker, plus provided essentials like sheets, comforters, and towels. The private patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening views, and in-unit laundry adds extra convenience. With the docks already in place for the 2025 season, you're just steps from the water.

Enhance your stay with our 3,000 lb boat lift, available for rent—ideal for most mid-sized boats (not suitable for pontoons). Pricing and availability for the lift and our e-bike rentals are available on our website, provided after booking. Whether you're boating, biking, or simply relaxing, this unit makes a perfect lakeside home base.

Guest Access:
After booking, guests will receive a keypad code to access the unit. Enter from the lakeside entrance—Unit 4 is the upper-right unit, just 30 feet from the water.

During your stay, you’ll have access to:

-One designated parking spot in the lot

-One private garage stall (fourth stall from the left), with a keypad code provided after booking

-Private access to the shared laundry room ( in addition to your private in unit laundry )

-One free boat tie-up space on the shared dock (docks are installed for the 2025 season)

-A shared propane grill located on the first-level decks

-Optional additional trailer, boat trailer, or RV parking available (Spaces A–D), reservable after booking and subject to availability

Everything is set up to provide a smooth and seamless stay at The Point on Gull Lake.

The Neighborhood:
Our lakefront fourplex is located in a quiet residential pocket of the Gull Point neighborhood, right on the shores of Gull Lake and just three doors down from Ernie’s on Gull Lake—a popular spot for lakeside dining, live music, drinks, and volleyball. This area offers the perfect balance of peaceful relaxation and lively summer energy. During the warmer months, you’ll likely hear boat traffic on the water and occasionally music drifting from Ernie’s. Many guests enjoy the festive, vacation-style atmosphere—it’s part of what makes this area so special.

Standard parking includes one garage stall and one lot space. If you're bringing a trailer, boat trailer, or RV, a limited number of on-site parking spaces (A–D) are available for rent and can be reserved after booking. The nearest public boat launch is just minutes away at Government Point.

The neighborhood is also close to nature trails, public beaches, and downtown Brainerd, which is just a short drive away and offers coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and seasonal events. Whether you're boating, exploring, or just kicking back by the water, you'll find that Gull Point offers both serenity and access to the best of lake life.

Getting Around:
Guests staying at our lakefront fourplex have several convenient ways to explore Gull Lake and the surrounding Brainerd Lakes area.

While ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft may be limited in this region, we highly recommend Ole’s Shuttle Service as a dependable transportation option. Ole’s offers airport transfers and local rides to restaurants, events, and nearby towns. You can learn more or book a ride at olesshuttleservice.com.

For guests who prefer to explore on their own, we offer several on-site rental options (subject to availability):

Pontoon Rental: A weathered but reliable pontoon is available for daily rental (8 AM to 7 PM). Perfect for cruising, fishing, or visiting lakeside destinations.

E-Bike Rentals: Ride along lake roads, nearby trails, or into town with our convenient electric bikes.

Boat Lift Rental: Our 3,000 lb boat lift is suitable for most mid-sized boats (not pontoons) and available to guests or the public by reservation.

Trailer/Boat/RV Parking: A limited number of on-site parking spaces (A–D) are available to rent for trailers, boat trailers, or RVs. These must be reserved after booking and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rental pricing and availability are provided after booking and can be accessed through our guest portal or website. All rentals are first-come, first-served.

If you’re bringing your own boat, you're welcome to tie up to the dock free of charge. Each unit includes one tie-up space on our shared dock, which is already installed for the 2025 season. From there, guests enjoy direct access to the lake, nearby beaches, and local waterfront restaurants like Ernie’s on Gull Lake, just three doors down.

Whether you're biking, boating, shuttling, or walking, our location offers convenient access to everything Gull Lake has to offer.

Guest Consideration & Property Notes

We know our guests come for all sorts of reasons—whether it’s to fish, golf, unwind, or enjoy a cold drink by the fire with music in the background. Whatever brings you here, we ask that you be respectful and considerate of other guests during your stay.

Please keep pets on leashes at all times for the safety and comfort of everyone, especially children, and to help prevent accidents near the water. Let’s work together to create a welcoming and enjoyable space where everyone can make lasting memories.

Firewood Reminder:
Our shared fire pit is available between the units and the lake—please bring your own firewood if you plan to enjoy it.

Dock Access – 2025 Season:
We’re pleased to share that the docks are already installed for the 2025 season and ready for guest use. Each group has access to a designated space to tie up their boat.

Seasonal Dock Removal Notice:
Dock installation and removal are based on weather conditions and the schedule of our dock service provider. Docks are typically removed in late fall as ice begins to form. We appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain safe and quality facilities.

Interaction with Guests:
We believe in giving guests the space and privacy they deserve during their stay. That said, we're usually nearby and readily available if anything comes up to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

You may occasionally see us stopping by the dock by boat, especially when visiting Ernie’s on Gull Lake just a few doors down. We might offer a quick hello or be spending time with family staying nearby. We're here if you need us—always respectful of your privacy.

Needs a lot of updates & deep cleaning!

Bathroom sink was very slow draining away, shower head was very gross & only worked on 1 setting, shower curtain was totally disgusting. Window air conditioner was not turned on and it was super hot in the room. When we turned it on the light came on to clean the filter. Took out the filter & cleaned it which was totally disgusting. There was black flecks of something in the air vents, not sure if it was dirt specks or mold. The unit had a beautiful view of the lake but the deck was is such bad shape we didn’t dare use it. Parts of the wood had rotted away. Was very disappointed.

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood and right on the lake. The unit was fairly clean except the random trash hidden in the couch cushions and the occasional hair tie that was found in the bathroom or next to the bed. The sheets and towels were clean and the kitchen was as well. It had everything we needed. It was nice to have accessed to a washer and dryer and a garage to store some of fishing stuff. We were sucked on the lake but oh well we were able to get to other lakes within a 10 to 15 minute drive. The owner was responsive and was very helpful when we had questions.Overall we would stay their again.

My stay for the 100th time on gull lake

This is not a pristine property. But that’s not to say it was not a lovely stay. Swimming area great. Deck 30 feet from lake shore. Shallow swim area with few weeds. Place to dock yr boat. Great fire pit right on the water! Overall we hated to leave after 6 nights! Two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, living room. Nice stay for two people or family with a couple children. I would recommend this stay. We r hoping to come back next year!!!

Perfect for our weekend getaway

Unit was as advertised, clean and nice and cool when we arrived as it was about 99 degrees the day we arrived. LOVE the location steps away from Ernies for a quick bite and/or a cocktail. Also extremely close to the water and great views from the deck. Would stay there again.

Great place on the lake

This is is a little gem on Gull Lake. Quiet neighborhood with direct lake access, and 200 feet from the best place to eat and drink on Gull Lake. Everything you need for a great family vacation!
