As you walk into the condo located on your right you will find a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the main living area with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a kitchen table that seats 4.
Small appliances include toaster,coffee maker, kettle,blender, crockpot and panini maker.
Full array of dishes, glasses, coffee cups, cutlery, pots pans and cooking utensils are provided.
As you exit the kitchen to the left you will find the guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a dresser with a closet for your belongings.
Off the bedroom you will find a 4pc bath with dual sinks. Beside the bathroom is a utility closet that has some extra towels a broom an dustpan, mop and bucket with a few various cleaning supplies. Beside the bathroom is an enclosed closet with updated stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.
As you enter into the main bright and open living area you will find a large glass dining table with seating for 6 overlooking the water from the large side window.
Sit in the living room for conversation on the comfortable leather couch and loveseat with views through the large glass sliding door to the lanai and water. If TV or movie night is on the agenda a large flat screen cable TV with DVD player is available for your viewing pleasure.
We also have some various games such as Monopoly, TIC TAC TOE, Scrabble and cards for family game night.
Off of the living room your master bedroom awaits with views overlooking the water with private access to the lanai. A comfortable queen size bed with dresser and a large walkin closet for your belongings.
A newly updated master bath with a large vanity and a glass enclosed stand up walkin shower.
Lastly is the beautiful screened in lanai surrounded with water and large tropical trees that has an new 4 pc conversation set to enjoy the picturesque views.
Our condo also has 3 beach umbrellas, 2 Beach chairs, 2 coolers and a wagon to pull all the gear for your beach days. We also have 4 tennis racquets with tennis balls and pool noodles.
We kindly ask that all items are returned back to the condo in good condition for the use of future guests.
There is No smoking inside or in the lanai.
Please smoke outdoors.
No burning of candles and no pets/service animals are allowed at this resort with no exceptions.
Shorewalk Vacation Villas is a resort style community that sits on over 30 acres with lush beautiful mature trees and tropical plants.
Beautiful lighted paved pathways for your saftey wind throughout the resort that has 6 large catch an release ponds.
Shorewalk has many amenities to keep you and your family entertained with 2 large heated pools, 2 Jacuzzis, a Tennis court,pickle ball courts and a basket ball court. There is also outdoor shuffle board and a children's playground. At the club house you will find 2 BBQ,s for grilling a pingpong and a pool table. An attendant will be able to supply you with the items required for the above activities free of charge.
Shorewalk is ideally located close to beaches, shopping, restaurants and golf with beautiful Anna Marie Island just 15min away and IMG Academy is just 5mins away. Close to Sarasota with endless shopping at the University Town Center or St. Armands Circle, restaurants on the water and World famous Siesta Key Beach are just a few of the things that you and your family can do outside of the resort.
Within walking distance of Shorewalk is a Publics and Aldis grocery store, Applebee's restaurant, movie Cinema's and a bowling alley to name a few.
