This affordable unit is an approx 450sq foot efficiency which includes a large King bed and bathroom, a full fridge, microwave, water dispenser machine and coffee pot. This unit does not have a kitchen but there is access to a charcoal grill. Designated off street parking. There’s a smart TV/Roku with fast WIFI. This is an attached unit located in Downtown Bradenton. It is around the corner from the Riverwalk, bars, and entertainment. Close to beaches. Great for couples or a single traveler.

Unit is attached to the main part of the house. You have your own private entrance and no part of this unit is share, just connected but again not shared. There are bikes onsite for use during your stay.



This cottage sits close to the Manatee River and Riverwalk. It is surrounded by the sounds of wild birds and calm cool breezes. There is a comfortable King size bed and a small futon which is perfect for an adult or child. The location is close to everything. It is within walking distance to the Riverwalk and Old Main Street which has great restaurants and bars. It is an 8 mile drive to Anna Maria Island and just a little farther to the world renowned Siesta Key. There are trails for hiking, great restaurants, shopping (Ellenton Outlets and UTC mall among other shops), aquariums, South Florida Museum (which was recently remodeled. It has manatees and a planetarium as well as an outdoor garden area). Disney and SeaWorld are 2 hrs away, Busch Gardens is an hour. There are numerous airports within an hour drive. Sarasota and St. Pete/Clearwater are the closest.



Guest have full access to the backyard and huge deck area. There is a charcoal grill. There are no steps to enter unit but 1 step up to bathroom.

Neighborhood is extremely quiet and family oriented. You will be able to walk around the neighborhood and feel safe. Within walking distance you will find Pier 22, O’Bricks and Oak & Stone with rooftop dining. There is also a farmers market every Saturday during our peek season October through April. Come enjoy the best location in Bradenton with us.



All modes of transportation are easily available including Uber, Freebie and a close by bus station. You can walk to downtown Bradenton where there are many restaurants and bars to enjoy. There is also the Gulf Island Ferry providing a scenic ferry ride to Anna Maria Island runs daily; must purchase tickets).



Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am. We do not allow parties although if you have a friend or 2 in the area, they are welcome to come for a short visit. Please ask due to limited off street parking. There is NO SMOKING in the unit. When smoking outside please be mindful of other guests at the property.



Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Airbnb offers trip insurance which can be purchased at the time of reservation. If you miss the opportunity to purchase at that time, you will need to seek private trip insurance, to guarantee a full refund, outside the normal cancellation period.
