The master suite has a King bed with a large walk-in closet, a TV in the room, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower stall.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to in hall private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and TV in the room.

** Bedrooms are separate sides of the unit which provide guests with privacy.**

FULL DESCRIPTION



Cozy two-bedroom condominium located in the convenient and safe development of Shorewalk Vacation Villas in West Bradenton. The private master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with a shower stall. The second bedroom has two twin beds, lots of storage space, and is adjacent to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, stemware, and basic appliances. The community has two resort-style community pools and a fitness center.



The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes from the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are also great spots at piers around the area and within the community. This comfortable private condo is located just 10 minutes from Bradenton Beach or Anna Maria Island Beach is just 6.8 miles away. The Shoppes of Bradenton Commons is within walking distance and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Sports bar, and an AMC theater. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 16-minute drive (8.2 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands circle is about a 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar and causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the water and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

The place was good. Had all appliances and utensils, dishes etc. One complaint we had is that the bathroom sinks did not drain. The toilets took a while to flush as well. The sinks filled up with water and took about 10 minutes to drain.

Pool and hot tub was close to condo easy to walk to. (2 nice heated pools) We made Christmas dinner there. Nice dishes and everything we needed to prepare dinner. Condo was clean, well equipped. We ate on the patio for dinner a couple times, it’s screened in. No problems what so ever. Easy to check in and out. Would stay there again. It was just my husband and me. There was a spare bedroom where others could stay.

Not kid friendly

Beautiful unit and lots of amenities, however, it is not a very kid friendly environment which surprised me with everything they offer (basketball, tennis, pickle ball, 2 pools, ping ping, pool table, small playground). There's no jumping, no balls (we had a 3 inch beach ball and were told no balls), no drinks in the pool or on the edge of the pool, no food in the pool area.

The condo was a little older than it looked online. Had a bit of trouble with the digital door lock. Called and emailed the management company but figured it out before they got back to me. Decor was cute, beachy. Location was great: 30 minutes from Sarasota airport, Publix grocery store right behind the complex, short drive to the beach.

Great Condo

The unit was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool area was nice. We loved sitting on the screened porch and watching the birds around the pond. The condo is convenient to restaurants and the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We really liked our unit that we stayed in. It was very convenient and close to our friends in Bradenton. It was very clean, and well appointed and comfortable. The bed we would give four stars
.we like a little firmer, and the screen on the balcony could be cleaned on the edges, but I’m being picky! Overall we would give our unit a five.

A Comfortable Home Away from Home

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Paradise. The condo was clean and well equipped (though it might be time to replace the toaster and coffee pot). We didn't use many of the amenities at the complex, but it had plenty to offer--pool, tennis, pickleball, and great walking trails. It's nice to be so close to a good grocery store, and the beaches and many restaurants are an easy drive away. It was cold during our first week and we had trouble getting the heat turned on. After not receiving a reply to my email, I called and Kristin came out and showed me how to set the thermostat. We appreciated the detailed instructions about access to the condo and how to use each of the TVs. We'd be happy to stay there again if we decide to visit Bradenton.

Hurricane Milton got in the way

We planned to stay 9 days but left after 3 due to the hurricane. We have no complaints about the property. It was as advertised, and the hosts were responsive. We could not have asked for more. We have family near by and will check for availability on our next trip to see them.

I love that the condo was just as pictured, roomy and quiet place. My only complaint is the pool area seemed to not be so kid friendly at all. One of the workers was not friendly to the kids!

Pleasing Rental

Good location for access to Bradenton and the beaches. Very well equipped, Primary bed (king size) was very soft and not as comfortable as we are used to. TV programming was difficult to figure out. Pleasing neighborhood with pool and tennis courts and pond with fountain -- also quiet. Recommended.

We loved the location. We were in town for a early Christmas. My sister and family live about 10 minutes from this location. Our families have grown and this “ home away from home” was perfect. We did have one little issue that we communicated to iTrip. The representative that I spoke with, Deb, responded quickly and we came up with a resolution. The unit was clean and very comfortable for a family of four. I would definitely stay here again
