Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire private home and garage with a fully fenced backyard. Only a few owner's closets are securely locked to ensure we can fully stock your stay.

Other things to note:

➖DOG FRIENDLY: Bring up to 2 (max) well-behaved and fully house trained dogs. All dogs must be accounted for in the guest count at the time of booking. Service animals are free per Airbnb policy but we must be notified if any are coming to prepare. Sorry, no cats allowed at this time.

➖PARKING: Free parking for up to 5 cars; 3 in the large driveway and 1 in the garage. Per city rules, please do not park on the streets.

➖WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wifi with a spacious and comfortable desk.

➖QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: We are in a very quiet residential neighborhood with amazing neighbors. Quiet hours are strictly from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

➖SMOKING: Thank you for not smoking indoors or in the lanai area ($300 fine).

➖EXTERIOR CAMERAS: For your safety, there is a Ring video doorbell at front door that are on 24/7 and motion-activated and record video & audio. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property or facing inside.

➖NOISE MONITOR: There is an exterior noise monitor (Minut) that only measures decibels and do not record or live stream voice or conversation. If decibels exceed a certain level, we will send a text or give you a phone call to remind you to please keep the noise down.

➖PESTS: This is Florida, although the property is regularly treated for bugs, understand that some do find their way in occasionally. Although it’s not common, you may see ants, spiders or other wildlife around the property.

⌦ NO trailer or boat parking. $250 nightly parking fees will incur.
⌦ NO smoking inside the house or enclosed patio. We will charge a fine for breaking our no-smoking rules.
⌦ Neighborhood quiet hours are observed from 10pm-7am.
Per community rules, no street parking, boat or RV parking allowed please. No parties and please be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours.
