My wife and I absolutely loved our stay! Everything was super clean, modern, and cozy. The bedroom is fantastic, shuts out all light and noise, very restful after a busy day. It's also just a short walk from tge marina, and all the cool downtown shops/bistros. I will be booking another stay in the coming months. 100/10 would recommend!

Good location

We enjoyed the apartment for its location. We were there to check out the area and it served as well. The parking was easy. We were also close distance to the Riverwalk. Just one little suggestion, a coffee table near the couch would be great.

I know this is in Florida
 but i would have preferred squishing significantly less palmento bugs than we did. We were made aware the kitchen sink was nonfunctioning.. however, this was inconvenient. Also, a hand towel and a box of tissues in the bathroom would have been nice. This location was very handy for our needs.

Urban Oasis - Perfect for us

This cozy place which has everything we needed was conveniently located near LECOM stadium. We were able to catch two Pittsburgh Pirates games, walk to several thrift stores, play trivia at the Motorworks Brewery and are at the Sage Biscuit Cafe. Highly recommend this place andefsagain.

Great location and comfy bed

Nice and close to restaurants. Walked to eat breakfast each morning. Bed was nice and comfortable. Did not cook while there, but full kitchen and fridge. Clean. Check in was easy. Front door sticks a bit, so just give a bit of a push to get in. Not a big deal. Some noise from unit above when people are walking, but luckily our neighbors only waked around for a bit and then were quiet. Would definitely book here again.

Exceptionally amazing host. Jackie was kind and a great communicator. Due to the hurricane she had to switch our reservation to a different one of her properties the very day that we had to arrive due to some damage and she let us know right away. We ended up being upgraded and she did not charge. The kitchen has all you need to cook a quick meal. The washer and dryer always a great extra. More towels would be only thing that I would add. that i would add.

Overall, the stay was what we expected. A couple more things that could’ve made it nicer. More towels, an extra blanket, a TV in the main living area. I would rearrange things a little bit. Move the couch into the main living area and put the table where the couch was. Relocate the refrigerator.

Perfect place to get-away!!

The name "Downtown Oasis" describes this charming apartment. The apartment is very clean, private and in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the climate control was on spot. Everything was in perfe t condition. I highly recommend booking this apartment.

It was good for 2 people for 1 night. The only tv was in the bedroom which isn’t ideal, in my opinion. But not sure where else the tv could go. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in for a vacation listening or hotel.

The property was exactly as listed and very clean. The weather in the area for the weekend was pretty bad so I did not explore the surrounding sights. However, the proximity to the riverwalk, marina and several museums/ libraries were walking distance. The location was peaceful and the apartment felt spacious for just myself. Parking directly in front of space was an added comfort. It would be a comfortable stay for two people. Kitchen and dining space were clean and open enough to maintain my workout / yoga practice. Kitchen is appointed well enough to enjoy coffee in the morning and make simple meals. Bed was comfortable, bedding soft and the bathroom was much nicer than most of hotels near my daughter’s regatta location that charge 3 times more. I slept well with all needs met without needing to get out into the inclement weather. I wish I had known about the Urban Oasis sooner. It was the perfect stay for my needs. Will definitely book again if in the area.
