This luxury beach retreat has everything you need for a vacation with comfort and style. Newly renovated with luxury vinyl flooring, quarts countertops, stainless steel appliances, 55” flat screen tv with a fire stick, card and board games, central A/C, ceiling fans in each room, a designated workspace with high speed wifi, washer and dryer, a private fenced yard with a gas grill and cozy patio seating. Located on the ground floor with parking right in front. Home is situated in a quiet established neighborhood, only minutes from Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beaches, and Longboat Key.

Everything about the experience was great. We had everything we needed. It was quiet and private. Kristie and Ramon were very nice and helpful. We felt safe and secure in the neighborhood. Our parking area was perfect. Without a doubt we would choose this place again.

Perfect For Me

I considered getting a motel room for my 3 day stay in Bradenton but this cute little one bedroom apartment on the backside of the owner’s home was perfect for me! Ramone met me in the driveway and showed me the entrance and how to use the electronic door lock. The first thing I saw when the door swung open was the cutest kitchen! Very functional and all the cooking supplies and utensils needed. The opposite wall had a comfortable leather couch facing a big screen tv. Walk through a door into the bedroom with a comfy king bed with lots of pillows and nice linens. A small built in desk and chair and closet doors that open to a roomy closet on one side and stacked washer/dryer on the other side. The bathroom was roomy and functional with built in shelves to hold towels and toiletries. The roomy shower with retro yellow tile top to bottom had plenty of hot water and a great shower head. All the furnishings and decor were tastefully decorated. Outside there is a private fenced in patio with comfy seating and a gas grill that I used each night. Ramone was close by in the main house and came to help me get the grill started the first night. Both Kristie and Ramone were attentive to my needs and just a text away!I loved staying here in a quiet neighborhood and hope I can stay there again when visiting Bradenton.

Couldn’t ask for anything more

This property really is perfect if you’re looking to stay in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, and is less than 30 minutes from the beach. The unit is brand new, very well taken care of, and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were super friendly, and accommodating. It would be a pleasure to stay there again.

The property was exactly as presented and described, very clean and fresh. The location was perfect for us and was close to anything we needed and an easy trip out to Anna Maria Island. We love this area and would stay again. The Host was very accessible and responsive as well.

Quiet Getaway

We spent 3 nights. Unit was exactly as advertised. Really clean and quiet. Very short walk over paving stones to entry so will need to carry suitcases about 20 steps. Would definitely do it again.

Fun weekend in Bradenton

Location, location, location! Great spot for easy access to beaches, dining and shopping. The cottage was as described, comfortable, clean, charming, and easy access. The hosts are super. We would definitely stay again.

Beautifully remodeled unit in nice neighborhood. Everything you could need. Nice to have own private courtyard and washer/dryer in unit. Host very responsive to wifi issue (user error) and to extending our stay. Location was perfect for us.
