Anna Maria Villa is a luxury vacation rental near Anna Maria Island. This home was fully remodeled in 2025 with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths ranch style beauty with a heated saltwater pool! It's located in the sought-after neighborhood of Northwest Bradenton. All four bedrooms, the large game room, as well as the covered lounge area outside are each equipped with a TV. This comfortable home includes two king beds, a queen and two twins which accommodates up to 8 people. Loose your cares as you step into the beautiful, heated saltwater pool and outdoor living space which offers covered dining and a lounge area for enjoying cool drinks and watching the game. Kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including a coffee maker that service as either an auto drip or Keurig. There are also a laundry room and a spacious game room for your kids. If your bringing little ones, this home provides a travel crib and highchair!

A gas grill, free high-speed internet, beach chairs and towels are all little things that makes life simple. The entire family will enjoy the convenience of how close the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island are as well as local shops and restaurants in Bradenton. Dogs up to 35lb are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

We were moved to another house due to ours catching fire before we arrived. The house on Anna Marie Island was beautiful.Pool beautiful. Kitchen stocked. Our original rental was 4 bedrooms but we made it work with 3 .Walking distance to beach Very friendly neighbors and neighborhood. We have already booked a 4 bedroom off the island to continue to enjoy Bradenton area Thank you

Had a wonderful stay. Great location, comfortable beds, very nice saltwater pool. The house, rooms and outdoor areas were all large and user friendly. Would recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Perfect getaway

Everything about the home was perfect. Aside from food of course, the house had everything two families could need. The beds were very comfortable, the house was immaculate, the pool was refreshing and the yard was perfect for our dog to run. There are several beaches nearby and visiting Anna Maria Island is a must. You are close to stores/shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend this property!

I thought the pictures were too good to be true, but they weren’t. The property was clean with a ton of things to do. It rained while we there and my family still enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend.

This house is perfect and pictured accurately. The location of the property is great, 10 minutes to Holmes beach and maybe 15-20 minutes from Anna Maria Island. The pool was perfect for the entire time we were there. The check in/out process is very easy. The property managers are outstanding and quick to getting back to you about anything. We can’t wait to stay at this property again! You won’t regret choosing this home for your next vacation!!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this property. The pool is great and it was 15 minutes from the beach. My only complaint, which management addressed while we were there, was the yard had not been mowed and was full of fire ants. We brought 3 dogs with us and one of them got into the ants and broke out into a serious allergic reaction late at night. If the home is going to be dog friendly then the grounds need to be double checked that it is safe for your dogs to be in. Otherwise the house was great and we had a wonderful family vacation.
