The House
The property has 2 car spaces on the driveway, additional parking can be done on the street, on the side and close to the property. No Trailer/Boat Parking allowed on-site.
**Please be mindful of neighborâs convenience when you park on the street**.
The House is all on one floor.
It includes,
A Spacious Living Area, including a 65" Smart TV for all your streaming Apps, with ample space for everyone to enjoy comfortably.
From the Living Area, walk into the Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances and Dining Set for 8 with complimentary coffee. A Highchair is provided for baby/infants. Children Utensils are provided.
Living Room also has a sofa bed (Green Sofa). Each cushion of the sofa functions as an individual twin mattress. The supporting pillows on this sofa are easily removable and should be put back in place after use. The two cushions can be used separately as two twin beds or combined to create a single king-size bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for guests.
**Please DO NOT use the sofa bed for sleeping WITHOUT linens. Fresh linens are provided â kindly use them to keep the cushions clean and comfortable for everyone**. Linens and pillows for sofa bed can be found in master bedroom closet in a bag. Each bag has a set for one bed.
**If the sofa bed is used, please leave its linens with the other used linens at checkout for cleaning**.
Sunroom is seamlessly connected through the Dining and Living area. Another great place to hang and chill as you sip your morning coffee or sit, relax, and unwind.
The Master Bedroom features a king bed, desk working station, and a bathroom en suite with a walk-in shower. **Portable Pack and Play/Travel Crib for baby/kid can be found in walk in closet**.
Bedroom 2 features a king bed.
Bedroom 3 features 1 full over full bunk bed, 1 twin over twin bunk bed, various board and card games for adults and young ones.
Bathroom 2 features bathtub and shower.
Both bathrooms are equipped with Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap dispensers and Linens.
All Bedrooms have 50â smart TV for all your streaming Apps, a full-length mirror, memory foam mattresses and plush linens to ensure a good night's rest.
You can also find a full laundry room with a Washer and Dryer. Detergent pods are provided.
Off the Laundry Room, there is a Game Room, equipped with pool/ping pong table, foosball, dart board, arcade games, 65" Smart TV for all your streaming Apps to enjoy with plush sectional sofa to lounge and relax.
Outdoor Area is where you would like to spend most of your time during your stay. It is carefully designed to fulfill the needs of every guest and enhance their experience. It includes a Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Sunbathing Chairs, Hammocks, Egg Chair, Outdoor Dining Table for up to 10, Traeger Electric Grill, Putting Green, Pergola with Lounge Sitting, Outdoor Shower, and Outdoor Games (Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4).
We strive to provide a 5-star guest experience. Our check in process is easy with a guest keycode. Please note there is a Ring Doorbell Camera on front door. *Guests may find ADT security system stickers on some of the windows and doors. Host would like to inform guests that it was from previous owner. Property currently does not have ADT surveillance.*
NO PETS allowed - There will be a $250 fee for unapproved pets.
This is a âSMOKE FREEâ property. Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING on the property, inside or outside.
**NO FIREWORKS**
Backyard Door:
Please always remember to close the back door (one from sunroom to backyard) behind you. Florida has tropical weather. It is very likely for bugs, lizards, frogs and other insects to get inside the house if the door is kept open.
Pool & Backyard Safety:
The pool in the backyard is NOT GATED although there is a child safety gate available. It can be found in the shed next to pool heater. The entire backyard is fenced in. Children need to be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES, especially in the backyard around the pool, hot tub, and grill. All guests as well as any parent/guardian of minors, will release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that may occur during their stay.
Fire Pit:
Please turn off and cover the Fire Pit after each use. Please wait for it to cool down before covering the Fire Pit. **No S'mores making or any other cooking at Fire Pit**. **Supervise your Children at all times near Fire Pit**.
Beach Essentials:
We do provide beach chairs (4), beach umbrellas (2), cooler, pallet ball set, and beach toys for guests to use for their beach trip. It can be found in the shed next to pool heater.
Guest access
Entire home is for guests.
Other things to note
Check in after 4 pm. Check out: 10 am.
We want everyone to enjoy our property, but also want to emphasize that we do not allow parties. This includes NO playing loud or disturbing music outside.
Quiet time hours 10 pm â 8 am. Please be mindful of the neighbors! We are lucky to have very kind and friendly neighbors.
The maximum occupancy for the property is 12 individuals.
**No parties allowed - There will be a $500 fee for a party. The maximum number of people allowed is the amount listed at the time that you book. A maximum of 10 guests are allowed at the time of booking. There will be a $500 fee if there are any parties or more than 10 guests at the property without prior approval**.
NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL/HOT TUB AREA:
Please use plastic dishware and cups by the pool. It can be found in the Buffet cabinet in Sunroom. Please Do Not Discard plastic dishware and cups after use as they are reusable, and dishwasher/microwave safe.
Florida is a tropical place. Our home is professionally sprayed quarterly to control bugs. However, please understand it is not possible to get rid of all bugs inside or outside. Mosquitos can also be around in the evening and after it rains. Please remember to pack bug spray. Lizards will be seen outside in the yard.
Sometimes you may see our pool, lawn/landscape care, trash/recycle disposal, and pest control vendors on the property. The pool and hot tub are serviced 2x/week (Tuesday and Friday). Landscape service is weekly (Friday). Pest control sprays quarterly.
**Guests are to dispose trash and recycle in the allocated trash/recycle bins during their stay and at the time of departure. All trash must be secured in plastic bags provided and disposed of in the designated bins. Recycle items can be disposed of in blue recycle bin**.
**Trash/Recycle bins are located OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE, ON SIDE OF THE HOUSE**.
**Guests do not need to bring bins to the street. Our team member will take care of it**.
**Trash pick up is on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS. Please ensure to put trash bags in the bin on SUNDAY and WEDNESDAY evening by 7:30 pm. So our team member can bring the bins to the street. If you can not put trash bags in the bin in the evening, please put it in the bin on MONDAY or THURSDAY morning to ensure pick up (bins will be on the grass area to be emptied). They will also bring emptied bins back on MONDAY and THURSDAY**.
**Recycle pick up is on THURSDAYS. Please ensure to put recycle items in recycle bins on WEDNESDAY evening by 7:30 pm. So our team member can take care of that. If you can not put recycle items in the bin in the evening, please put it in the bin on THURSDAY morning to ensure pick up (bin will be on the grass area to be emptied). They will bring the bin back once emptied on THURSDAY**.
**We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as it provides peace of mind and financial protection in case unexpected events occur. Unfortunately, we do not process refunds outside of the cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding**.
