⭐ WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP

With 5 spacious bedrooms, including a private mother-in-law master suite, 4.5 baths and 3 sets of washer/dryer, our home will be the perfect getaway for you and your family! We can comfortably accommodate a family of 14 at Bonjour AMI.

✦ Mother-in-law Master Bedroom suite (first floor): a King four-poster bed, a full ensuite bathroom and half bath, its own kitchen, seating area and dedicated living room and workspace or makeup station.
✦ Second Bedroom (first floor): a King bed, sharing a full bathroom with our Third Bedroom or another full bathroom located on the other side of the living room.
✦ Third Bedroom (first floor): a King bed
✦ Fourth Bedroom (second floor): 2 Queen beds, private office space and a foosball table.
✦ Fifth Bedroom (second floor): 3 Full beds, an ensuite bathroom, and its own dedicated workspace, sharing a bathroom with our Fourth Bedroom.

Additionally, each of the main house and the mother-in-law suite boast a dedicated workspace, with a desk and an office chair, for all our guests who need to work remotely from home during their stay.

Cook whatever your heart may crave in our fully equipped, state-of-the-art kitchens. Make your favorite gourmet dishes with the best appliances, 2 full-size refrigerators. You’ll find whatever you may need in our kitchen, from a blender and a toaster to both an espresso and drip coffee maker (we of course offer complimentary ground coffee and sugar).

Additionally, our kitchen boasts a marble countertop island, with 8 barstools and a window overlooking the main entrance, where the pool/billiard table is located.

⭐ PET FRIENDLY!

- Prior approval is kindly required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on indoor furniture, bedding, or in the pool/spa.


⭐ Kindly Note

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (located by the front door, and overlooking the driveway, the side of the house and the pool equipment, and inside the garage). No cameras inside the house.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels. No amplified sounds, speakers are allowed outside the house at anytime.
- We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway can fit up to 4 cars).
- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and the pool heater may take up to 48 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know a week before you check-in.
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.
- Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while ON or OFF premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to pool, spas, stairs or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.
