Wonder Family Vacation

Beautiful home with a great pool in a lovely neighborhood! This VRBO had everything we needed. We loved it! Grocery store, restaurants, and the beach are all very close and easy to drive to. The owner was wonderful and very helpful! We would highly recommend this home for your vacation!

Beautiful heated salt water pool

We enjoyed the heated pool every day. The mattresses were really comfortable in all the rooms, and the property was close to Ana Maria Island and the City of Bradenton. The fridge was huge and held all our drinks and food nicely. We used the beach chairs located in the garage to go to Coquina Beach. The property owner let us in early before 4 and responded quickly to any email or texts.

Sunny days

Enjoyed our respite from the winter. Great location for many nice nature preserves walks and local beach. This home was exceptionally clean, heated pool was a plus. Very friendly neighborhood and owner very easy to contact and accommodating. Olympic Cafe (5 minutes away) has very good greek food.

Wouldn't Stay Here Again

We arrived to a cluttered driveway with tipped over garbage cans and had to walk over an empty garbage bag at the front door. Upon entering the house, we discovered there was no garage door opener. Despite a prompt response from the owner, we learned that the previous tenant had inadvertently taken the opener and there was no backup opener. While the owner did order two new openers, it was a hassle for the first day and a half, especially because there is not a keypad on the garage. Furthermore, my husband had to program the new openers upon their arrival so we could use them. While the overall cleanliness of the house was satisfactory, beds were comfortable and properly functioning AC, there were several notable issues. These included finding a large dead palmetto bug beneath the sink in the guest bathroom, mold on the window sills in both bathrooms, weak water pressure in the shower, broken vertical blinds without a connected wand in the guest bedroom and no iron/ironing board. Furthermore, the owner informed us the day before our arrival that the master bathroom door was broken and the subsequent inconvenience to our privacy was unexpected. On the second day of our stay (Saturday), the guest toilet stopped working, and the owner said the earliest a plumber could come was Tuesday morning, leaving us with only one working toilet until then. This situation also disrupted our plans on Tuesday as we had to stay until he completed the work.

Graduation trip

We rented to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from SCF Bradenton nursing school. There were 8 of us 5 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room to sleep, play and relax. The pool was amazing, as well as the weather. Everything was provided that we needed and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this place. The owner was on top of things when my grandson put the wrong code in and locked us out, the owner Michael sent me a new code instantly, before I could even send him a message.

Absolutely Wonderful Place to Stay!

We typically stay on AMI, but for this trip decided to try this property. To start, the host was extremely easy to get ahold of and very responsive. The house was beautiful, just like the pictures. There were some basic spices and a Keurig to use. Tons and tons of towels and also the homeowner provided shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. There were four really nice beach chairs and an umbrella to use as well as a little drink cooler. They really thought of everything you might need. The pool was heated and the backyard was just as beautiful as the house. The best part was the location of the property. It was very easy to navigate to and from. There is a Publix just down the main road and best of all AMI is just a short 5 mile drive away. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Anna Maria Islands StrĂ€nde sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, nach Bradenton Downtown sind es 5-10 Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und er war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Beautiful home

We stayed for a long weekend and will definitely seek out this house again if we are in the area. Very clean, updated, easy to get to, near restaurants and grocery, and had room for our boat which was a huge plus!!

Beautiful House

We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we love our time there. This beautiful house was perfect for our family. The neighborhood is very nice. At just 10 min away on car from Manatee Beach. Gas station, Publix, Pharmacy at the entrance of the house. We was excited to use the barbecue and we bought a lot of food but the barbecue didn’t had gas so we get disappointed. Also the kitchen didn’t have a Rice Maker or Food Pressure Coker so was little hard to cook lol. But everything else was perfect. We will definitely return to this house :)

AMAZING!!!

This property will be our home away from home from now on. Close to beaches, quiet neighborhood, fully stacked with everything you need, and more. Beach Towels, beach chairs, toys for kids, cooler, umbrella, beach wagon, etc. Michael was great and was a key point to make our stay one of the greatest we ever had through VRBO.
