Upon entering your home away from home, you will be greeted by an entryway leading into the open floor plan showcasing the kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen boasts ebony cabinets, granite countertops, counter bar seating and updated stainless steel appliances, perfect for the one who loves to prepare home-cooked meals. Over to the dining area is a well-situated farmhouse dining table for six off of the kitchen. Your living room overlooks the balcony and vaunts comfortable seating to kick back and relax while on vacation. Also featured is a flat screen TV for your use. The balcony offers plenty of seating for everyone and is the perfect spot to spend your early mornings or afternoons.

Your master bedroom featuring a king size bed, walk-in closet, 40-inch flat screen TV and full bath with a walk-in shower. Also included is a seating area with an ottoman and 2 lounge chairs. Little ways down the hall are the guest bedroom which features a queen size bed and has easy access to the guest bathroom. Bonus features include washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, linens, and kitchen equipment for your use while on vacation.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Vehicles with commercial names, information, or any kind of advertising are not allowed to be parked on the driveways or streets overnight.

Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.
Any reservation checking in on May 1st and forward will pay a $600 membership transfer fee.

Owner mailbox not available for guest use. If you wish to receive mail during your stay, we recommend making arrangements with the local post office to secure a PO Box prior to your arrival. Amazon packages should be picked up at a local Amazon locker location.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. The pet fee for the first pet is collected through Vrbo. If you're bringing a second pet, an additional non-refundable fee must be paid directly to the management company after booking.
