Newly furnished home with hot tub and pool just minutes from Anna Maria Island & IMG Academy. Centrally located to downtown Bradenton. 2 bedrooms & 2 large baths with queen size pull out sofa. High speed internet with 3 smart TV's. Large washer & steam dryer, vaulted ceiling, walk in shower, fully fenced private back yard, pool, 2 car garage, BBQ grill, safe quiet neighborhood close to shopping & restaurants, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom essentials, beach chairs cooler towels & umbrella.
Newly furnished home with upgraded mattresses in bedrooms. Walk in closets with tons of storage, Large master with king size bed & large en suite bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. Second bedroom is a queen bed with walk in closet. 2nd bathroom has walk in shower and double sinks. Huge living area with large sectional and extra sofa (queen pullout) and chair for relaxing or playing games. Sliding doors open to pool area from master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Kitchen has a pass through window with bar to the patio. Large patio with tons of seating, outdoor dining and lounge chairs with a new grill. Grass areas for games and fully fenced yard. Pool has a sitting wall and floaties are available with air pump. There is also a child net to block access to pool.

6.5 miles to Holmes Beach, 5.2 miles to Bradenton Beach, and 6.8 miles to Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island. 30 minutes to Siesta Key and 45 minutes to Clearwater Beach.

We have hired a pest company as a prevention and precaution.

We loved this property the moment we got there. We’ve stayed at other similar bnbs but this is our new favorite. Super clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. Close to any beach ( coquina was our favorite). Lots of pubs and fun stuff to do around. We are already planning our next trip!

Amazing Florida vacation!!

We had an awesome time. The house was in a great location for us. We went to a couple spring training games and the beach the other 2 days. It was nice to come back to the pool and hot tub! Sarah was super responsive. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful relaxing stay in lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the comfortable clean home and beautiful pool and hot tub. Owners were wonderful and responsive. Definitely coming back. It is in Bradenton but if you time if right, you can get to the beach in 10-15 minutes which is awesome!

Long Weekend

The property was great - close to IMG and GT Brey, which is our preference. The house has a spacious layout. It's nice that master bedroom is on the opposite end of the house from the other bedrooms. The hot tub was a great bonus. The kitchen has lots of extra ammenities since it is not run by a big management company - such as coffee, etc. There is lots of seating in the family room - including a huge sectional and additional seating behind it. Would definitely stay there again.

IMG tournament weekend

10 min away from IMG- it was a perfect getaway to freshen up between games and unwind at night. Loved the pool and jacuzzi and the kitchen was well stocked. Beach chairs and baseball chairs in the garage- awesome!!

Can’t wait to go back!

The property is great, very clean and unbelievably well supplied. We’ve been coming to Anna Maria for the last 10 years and this is the first time we’ve stayed off-island. It was perfect and I don’t know if we’ll stay on the island again, to be honest. This home had everything we could have wanted: pool, hot tub, quiet neighborhood, plenty of space, and the beds
so comfortable! Pool is so nice as is the hot tub. The screened in lanai is a must for Florida, and the fans made sitting out there for morning coffee or even dinner really comfortable. Close to all kinds of restaurants and only 10 minutes from a walk on the beach. Sarah is vey responsive and really thought of everything we might need. I hate to post such a good review because I don’t want to share, but these guys really deserve your business. Just save a week or so for me!!
