GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

The place was absolutely beautiful and clean! It comes with everything you could possible think of and all of! We’ve stayed in a lot of places in Florida but this one by far is our favorite!

Expected a little more

Property was nice but checkin was a little confusing as the property was hard to find at night. Instructions could have been more clear. The home was nice but furniture very uncomfortable in the living area. Sofa should be replaced. There were only 4 in our group but had there been more, there would not have been seating to accommodate anyone else. No tvs in any bedrooms, not even the master suite. Kitchen needed basics such as a toaster and a simple baking pan. We did love the screened porch and the water view. It was nice to watch the sunsets in the evenings and hear all the sounds of nature. On day of checkout we left at 5 am. After leaving we realized we left a personal item and wanted to go back for it. Since we had no key fob, we had to buzz security at the gate. We were told we could not go back inside because the property already had new guests that were in the unit
. Obviously this was wrong as we literally JUST left, however she was adamant and wouldn’t allow us back through the gate. It was only a small item of little value so we left instead of continuing to argue with her. This was very frustrating and left a bad parting impression. Overall I would rate the property a 7 out of 10 based on the price we paid and the inconveniences we experienced.
