The unit is only accessible by stairs and is located on the first floor. This recently updated unit will make your stay a breeze, enjoy the comfort of the recent upgrades and well-equipped property items offered. The living room has a large flat screen smart tv with a Bluetooth speaker available to enjoy the island vibes. The whole house has access to high-speed internet to enjoy all your streaming needs or even if you need to get a little work done we have a vara-desk located in the master bedroom! Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
