This unit was very nice, recently remodeled and very clean. Jane is a great host and communications were timely and helpful. This was a very comfortable condo and we especially liked the new laundry room and coffee bar areas. Location is great, just across the street from a beautiful beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful vacation - Great Unit

Facility is very centrally located to several nearby beaches, restaurants and shopping. Reasonably priced. Owner has beach chairs/umbrella, wagon to pull in the sand and coolers. This made going to the beach everyday so much easier. The bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Coffee pot and Kuerig are also provided. Nice pool on site. Gym, washer and dryer also available on site. Owner responds right away and provided the best customer service. My husband and I would stay in this unit again.

Sweet treat vacation rental

The location was fabulous, just across the street from the beach. The unit has everything you need, except a washer/dryer but the owner says they are in the process of getting them installed. The owner is a lovely lady and quick to respond and take action when the internet went out. I would absolutely rent this unit again!

Summer Vacation With My Husband

Cute, clean beach theme condo loaded with everything you need from kitchen to beach! Location Is perfect. Walk across the street to the sandy beach Or walk behind the condo out on the pier and sit on a bench and watch the boats in and out of the bay! Only a few steps around to the lovely pool. Out the back side of the condo there is a picnic table and charcoal grill. We will definitely return! Thank you Jane! 😁

Our 33 year Anniversary Celebration

This one bedroom one bath condo was perfect for me and my husband. We have stayed at Runaway Bay several times. We loved how everything we needed for our stay was stocked, to include the beach wagon and umbrella, smaller cooler and sunscreen!! We loved the screened in lanai. The Great Air Conditioner, which was essential for those hot days. Two days the heat index was over 100.F Couch was a tad uncomfortable, but it was a pull out couch, so that may have factored into that. Enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to the beach, which we were familiar from previous years. The one huge thing that I was happy with,,, no bugs!!! None seen the entire week. The king size bed was so comfy!! We will enjoy this condo again!!! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us! Tommy and Pam

Wonderful condo in paradise

Beautiful condo on a wonderful and peaceful Florida island. Our host, Jane was so accommodating with information needed to feel like we were very welcome to enjoy her vacation home. My wife and I enjoyed the opportunity to stay in a nice little home away from home on Anna Maria Island. We had everything that we needed to feel like home at the condo and so many things to do just a few steps outside the front door that reminded us that we were not in Ohio anymore. A nice pool and clubhouse with fun activities are just a few steps away. From the short walk across the street to the beach, the condo has all kinds of beach items available to use on the beach, to a nice walk or free trolley ride to either end of the island. AMI is loaded with great restaurants to eat great food and unique shops to browse around and find unique treasures. The pace on the island was nice and slow, (we were there in early January) not crowded, and the people on the island are very friendly and courteous which made our stay so wonderful. We will be back to this quaint island paradise again soon! Thank you, Jane and Tony, for your hospitality and for sharing your beautiful home!

What a Beautiful Respite!

Thank you for this amazing little spot, a place where you feel how well it’s cared for. It has everything you need! I can’t say enough good things, AMI and this little condo healed my soul. I will be coming back:) For anyone thinking about whether this would work for them, here’s why this place is great: 1. Right across the street from the beach 2. Centrally located 3. Everything is provided for you: beach wagon, bike, towels, dishes, tv, books - it has a real cottage feel, even with games & playing cards:) 4. The pool and premises are immaculate 5. The trolley stops immediately in front 6. The water pressure is great! 7. It’s nice and cold! 8. It’s decorated so pretty:) Sign the guest book and go relax! Enjoy the sunsets. This place is a gem.

Wonderful condo, Great location!

We had an amazing week at Anna Maria Island! The condo location was super close to the beach, and all the attractions on Bridge Street. We walked to dinner most evenings! This first floor condo was clean (even smelled clean!), decoratesd very cute, and has everything essential item you'd need for the beach, cooking, and cleaning. Jane was a dream to work with! I can't say enough great things about our stay at Runaway Bay, we will definitely book again!! Thank you Jane!

We spent a week here in January 2023. It is an excellent location to get around the area with a parking space right in front. Very quiet at night, no partying, comfy king bed. We did hear some footsteps and other noises from the unit upstairs but it was quite tolerable and did not disturb our sleep. (I'm sensitive to noise) The condo is well-stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. Super clean. Also the beach supplies were nice, we used the umbrella, wagon and chairs . The beach is just a short walk across the street. The sauna in the clubhouse was a nice extra. Very responsive communication with Jane prior to our trip. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nice unit but a few improvements needed..

Enjoyed our stay - unit was functional and bed was comfortable. With a few improvements would HIGHLY recommend. Unit needs better cleaning (under bed, blinds and door handles), screen doors for lanai need repair/replacement and supplied beach chairs need to be replaced. Communication with owner and location was great.

Girls Trip

My friends and I love this condo, location, and AMI! This was our second time staying here and it is absolutely perfect for us. In fact, we have booked again for 2023. The condo is perfect for 2-4 people. Friendly neighbors and the pool is a must for a lazy day. The trolly picks up at the condo entrance which is very convenient. Owner is very communicative and helpful. You will love it here!

Clean, Cute, and Convenient

My husband, 2 year old and I enjoyed a week at this very clean condo. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet, and the owner was very prompt with communication. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing get away to Anna Maria Island!
