Overall this property is wonderful and pristine. We loved being so near to the beach. The number of rooms, bathrooms and community spaces were perfect for our group. Some of the challenges we faced were that the sizes of pots & pans provided were insufficient for the number of people we had which is less than the property actually accommodates. It would be worth considering making sure that you have at a minimum an extra-large frying pan and pot. The pool is very beautiful, we all would have liked to enjoy the hot tub, but it wasn't working and although the property management company said they'd send someone out to help us with it... no one ever showed up. The last recommendation is for the two upstairs rooms facing the beach... there is a home on the next block whose lights completely illuminate those rooms at night... making it difficult to sleep as these rooms only have sheers for window coverings.

Great place needs a little improvements

Great location right across a busy street that runs along the beach. Just had to be careful or go down the street either way to the ped xing. The house was immaculate.Clean, comfy, and more room than expected. Loved the rooftop.If it wasn’t for the issues I am about to describe it would have been one of the best places we have ever stayed. There were big issues that can’t be fixed. First was the construction. Every home around there was under construction. It was loud and very annoying all day from 8-4. That will obviously will be better in time.The other thing was the road. It is loud. The house is very close to a corner of a main road. So traffic noise is constant even during nights and mornings. Then there are speed bumps right outside the home. So every truck with bikes in the back, golf carts in the back, lawn equipment on a trailer, or construction equipment, hits those bumps and creates a noise that’s so startling when trying to sleep. The only solution would be to get rid of the speed bumps or get better sound proofing of the house. The smaller issue was then pool. It is 90% in the shade. So not bad I’m sure in the heat of the summer, but damn cold in the spring during our visit. We kept it at 87 but it was still cold with the shade and breeze. Lack of refrigeration. There is one refrigerator in the entire house that supposedly sleeps 15-16 people. There should be a beverage fridge downstairs somewhere either by the pool or in the garage and another full size fridge.

Gorgeous home on AMI!

Our Anna Maria Island vacation was a blast at this new home! The rental house is huge, brand new, and so fancy, with lots of bedrooms for everyone to spread out and relax. The beach is a just hop away, and we loved the private pool and spent most of our time there. Inside, it's comfy and cool, with a beautiful kitchen stocked with the necessities. The decor vibe was pure luxury, and the place had all we needed for our stay. What made it even better was the pool and a management company that took care of everything. They were super attentive, making our stay extra enjoyable. If you want a fantastic beach vacation with a pool, rooftop deck and great management, this place is it! Thanks for having us.
