Great pros and honest cons!House was clean and perfect for what we were looking for! Kitchen utensils were plentiful. Having the outdoor shed with chairs and wagons was great! Hose to rinse off sandy feet was convenient. Comfy, coastal, and a great place to crash. Host was communicative and I felt well-prepared. Tiki bar within 15 minute walking distance was fun.A few cons:-No curtains or blinds on the doors (front door completely glass, back door half glass) With the sidewalk right outside, there should be blinds for privacy, especially if someone is sleeping on the couch. We hung trash bags and shut the door on them.-No view at all of the ocean on the bottom unit (not a big deal to us, we would just run over to the beach) and road noise was constant and loud.-The furnace was broken, the host said maintenance would be out the day we checked in, but they never showed (5 days). Space heaters were provided.-Beware when booking (especially with kiddos) that the unit is not well-insulated, and a lot of sleep was lost because the guests above us were beyond loud past 11pm.-There were 3 adults and we barely had enough towels. Staying with max capacity would be tricky without doing a lot of laundry.-Only 1 roll of TP provided-Trash dumpsters were completely full so we couldn't take out our trash and had to leave it outside in a bag, resulting in critters getting into it.
