The view from this unit is five stars! Because we had amazing weather, the size of the room did not impact our rating. The chairs on the deck were comfortable, and the size of the table is nice.The unit is older, but kept clean. The small kitchenette was well stocked. The beach chairs on the deck need to be replaced, but we were able to use chairs from the facility that were already on the beach. The beach umbrella was a very nice amenity. The facilities maintenance is interesting, the pool is kept very clean, but the surrounding areas of the pool and the stairs are minimally maintained. The unit is very close to the beach so I guess sand is assumed but it just seemed like the stairs and the pool area should be swept off at least biweekly. The elevator was not working, not an issue for us, but probably important for some guest to know. The location of this unit is great. Not too far to the north end of Anne-Marie Island and easy access to dining along the Gulf. We felt like the building was quiet and well insulated. We did not hear any noise from the road traffic. Overall impression, the view and the closeness to the beach are what makes this place so special.
